Objective:To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of that transversus abdominis plane combined with Intravenous Inhalation in the minimally invasive treatment of gastrointestinal tract in the clinical pathway of EARSMethods:The patients were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method, the experience group and the control group. The experience group is that transversus abdominis plane combined with Intravenous Inhalation group and the control group is that the Intravenous Inhalation group. The postoperative analgesia is the patient controlled analgesia(PCA)way. The observation index is divided into intraoperative monitoring index and postoperative detection index. The intraoperative monitoring index include emodynamics, depth of anesthesia, general anaesthesia and dosage of vasoactive drugs, operative time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative fluid volume and urine volume were recorded. The postoperative detection index include Visual analogue score(VAS),Ramsay sedation score, postoperative gastrointestinal tract adverse reaction, gastrointestinal function recovery time, average length of hospitalization daysResult:The intraoperative monitoring indicators were compared between the control group and the control group. The mean arterial pressure of the experimental group(combined transversus abdominis plane)was significantly lower than that of the control group(15min group),and there was no significant difference between the two monitoring indexes in the experimental group(the combined transversus abdominis plane). There was no significant difference in the operation time, the amount of bleeding, the amount of fluid in the operation and the urine volume of the patients in the control group and the control group. The dosage of sedative drugs and muscle relaxants in the experimental group was less than that of the control group. There was o statistical difference in the application of vasoactive drugs during the operation. The analgesic effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group at 4-8 hours after the operation, and there was no significant difference between the two groups at the rest of the time. The patients' Ramsay score was significantly earlier than the control group in the early postoperatively, and there was no statistical difference after 12h.The recovery time of gastrointestinal tract and the average length of hospitalization in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in postoperative gastrointestinal reactionConclusion:transversus abdominis plane combined with Intravenous Inhalation in the minimally invasive treatment of gastrointestinal tract in the clinical pathway of EARS is safe and effective...
