Objective:The perioperative treatment measures,the feeding time,activity time,exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay,hospitalization expenses and complications of the patients of the rapid rehabilitation surgery group and the control group were compared.Effect of modified ERAS regimen on the exploration of the application of 75 years of age or older in elderly patients with Laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:We retrospectively analyzed from January 2014 to February 2017,all from Dalian University Affiliated Hospital of Zhongshan medical all elective cholecystolithiasis underwent laparoscopic operation in 60 cases of elderly patients(older than 75 years),were divided into ERAS group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The data collection includes the following contents:age,gender,operative time,postoperative first exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative feeding time,postoperative ambulation time,postoperative complications,hospitalization costs,no hospitalization within 30 days.All data were statistically analyzed by spss22.0.Results:The two groups underwent LC surgery and were not converted to laparotomy.Two groups of patients with general information,operation time and postoperative complications,no statistically significant difference(p>0.05);two patients with eating time,ambulation time,exhaust time for the first time,postoperative hospital stay and hospital costs have significant difference in postoperative(p<0.05).Conclusion:A series of rapid rehabilitation surgery treatment is safe and effective for older than 75 years with gallstone patients undergoing LC,such as fasting 6 hours and 4 hours water prohibition before operation,no performing preoperative bowel preparation and no routinely placing conventional channels before operation.,eating and getting out of bed 6 hours after surgery,can accelerate the recovery of the digestive tract function,reduce the hospitalization time and save the hospitalization expenses,and does not increase the risk of complications such as bile leakage,abdominal bleeding and abdominal distension.
