The Academie Thought Inheritance On Treatment Of Ovarian Endometriosis Cyst By Professor Yi Situ

ObjectiveIn this study,Intelligent Knowledge-based System of TCM(TCM-IKS)was applied to conduct data mining with the outpatient cases of ovarian endometriosis cyst treated by Professor Yi Situ.Based on the results of data mining analysis and face-to-face interviews,the experiences of prescription and academic thoughts of Professor Yi Situ on treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst were summarized,which is beneficial to the inheritance and development of famous doctors' experience.MethodsTCM-IKS was applied to conduct data mining with the outpatient cases of ovarian endometriosis cyst treated by Professor Yi Situ on a total of 543 medical records from 2007 to December 31,2018.The results of data mining were summarized and analyzed according to Professor Yi Situ' s personal opinions.Finally,the prescription and academic thoughts of Professor Yi Situ in the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst were summarized on the basis of the results of data mining and face-to-face interviews.Results1.According to the statistical analysis on 543 cases,the main symptoms were "dysmenorrheal,menstrual blood dark red with clots,anal pendant expansion,Pink tongue,thin white fur,pulse fine".The main pattern of syndromes were qi stagnation and blood stasis,Kidney deficiency and blood stasis.According to the statistics,a total of 160 traditional Chinese medicines,the commonly used Chinese medicine were radix paeoniae alba,herba taxilli,red peony root,salviae miltiorrhizae,fructus aurantii,zedoary,rhizoma sparganic,poria cocos,curcuma.The four properties and five tastes of traditional Chinese medicine were mostly warm,flat and slightly cold in property,bitter or acrid or sweet in taste.These traditional Chinese medicine's mainly efficacy were to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,dispel wind-damp,invigorate Yang,regulate qi and invigorate qi,which were commonly associated with the liver,spleen and kidney meridians.Combined with data mining analysis and clinical experiences of Professor Yi Situ,we obtained 10 core drugs,16 pairs of drugs and 1 core formula.2.According to the results of data mining analysis and face-to-face interviews,we sorted out the clinical experiences and academic thoughts of Professor Yi Situ on the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst,which mainly reflected in three parts:the academic origin of Professor Yi Situ,Professor Yi Situ's understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian endometriosis cyst,and professor Yi Situ' s main academic thoughts on the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst.Professor Yi Situ believes that the main etiology and pathogenesis of ovarian endometriosis cyst is blood stasis,which can be caused by various factors.The main academie ideas include four sections:"Treating blood stasis from the root","Distinguishing the deficiency from the actual condition,and regulating based on menstrual cycle","Integrating traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine to provide individualized treatment",and "A combination of internal and external treatment in enhancing curative effect,.Conclusion:1.According to Data mining analysis and face-to-face interviews,we finally summarized professor Yi Situ's academie thoughts and theories on the treatment of ovarian endometriosis cyst,which reflects her real clinical practice.2.The research method combining data mining and interview has played an important role in the inheritance and development of famous doctors'academic thoughts.
