Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Tongyuan Massage Combined With Sodium Hyaluronate Injection In The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder

ObjectiveThe efficacy of Tongyuan massage combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of frozen shoulder was investigated by taking conventional acupuncture combined with sodium hyaluronate injection as the control group,providing a new idea for the treatment of frozen shoulder.MethodsSixty subjects who met the study criteria were randomly divided into two groups by the method of random control.Efficacy was assessed after the course of treatment,and visual analogue grading(VAS)and Melle scores were used to evaluate the pain and range of motion of the shoulder joints,respectively,to determine the efficacy.Results1.Basic data:Gender,age,course of disease,shoulder joint pain score and Melle were included in 60 patients.There was no significant difference in the scores(p>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of pain scores before and after treatment2.1 The VAS scores in the two groups before and after treatment were compared in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.The control group was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It shows that both groups of treatment can significantly reduce the pain of patients.2.2 There was no significant difference in the VAS scores between the two groups after treatment,P>0.05.It shows that the two groups have similar effects in relieving pain.3.Comparison of Melle score before and after treatment3.1 There was a comparison between the two groups in the Melle score group before and after treatment.The treatment group was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The control group was P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.It is indicated that both groups can significantly improve the shoulder joint function.3.2 There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05.The difference was significant,indicating that the treatment group improved shoulder function better than the control group.4.Comparison of effective rates between the two groupsThe total effective rate was 96.7%in the treatment group and 93.3%in the control group.After chi-square test,?2=0.351,P=0.554>0.05,there was no statistical difference in the effective rate between the two groups.After the rank sum test,Z=-3.629,P=0.000<0.05,the treatment effect of the two groups was significantly different,and the treatment group was more effective.ConclusionThis topic observed and discussed the clinical efficacy of Tongyuan massage combined with intra-luminal injection of sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of frozen shoulders.It was found that the degree of pain improvement was comparable to that of conventional acupuncture group,and it was superior to conventional acupuncture group in improving shoulder mobility.The overall curative effect is significant and worthy of clinical application.
