The Effect Of Clinical Research On Efficacy Of Bronchial Asthma(Asthma Of Cold Type) With Simplified Shemazhichuan Decoction

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical significance of Simplified Shemazhichuan Decoction in mild-to-moderate chronic persistent period.and the effect on the total effective rate,TCM syndrome score and asthma control test scale were used to evaluate the efficacy.The differences between the treatment group and the western medicine control group were compared.As well as the liver and kidney function changes and adverse reactions of the patients before and after the treatment,so as to evaluate the safety of this prescription and further explore the diversity of asthma treatment programs.MethodsPatients in mild-to-moderate chronic persistent period of bronchial asthma were divided into Simplified Shemazhichuan group and western medicine group.The Shemazhichuan group were treated by Simplified Shemazhichuan Decoction(Pardanthus 10g,Ephedra 10g,Radix Platycodonis 10g,Almond 10g,Asarum 6g,Licoriceearthworm 10g,Pinelliaternata 10g).Patients in the Western medicine group were treated Montelukast Sodium Tablets(lOmg Qn.).In the two groups of patients in mild-to-moderate chronic persistent period for 7 days.The main indicators is the total effective rate of observation.The secondary indicators of observation is the TCM symptom score and asthma control test scale,observation of safety indicators is the change of patients' liver and kidney function levels.If two groups in mild-to-moderate chronic persistent period have obvious symptoms of shortness of breath,They can relieve symptoms by Budesonide and formoterol Fumarate Powder for Inhalation,antibiotics or oxygen therapy timely relieve symptoms.It would be recorded.The data were recorded into spss20.0 for statistical analysis.Results1.Finally,29 patients were included in the clinical trials,including 19 patients in the Simplified Shemazhichuan group and 10 patients in the other group.1 patient in the observation group and 5 cases in control were out of the clinical trials.Two groups showed comparability.2.In term of main evaluation indices,1 case in Simplified Shemazhichuan group was cured.There are 4 cases with marked effect,whlie 10 cases were effective,Simplified Shemazhichuan is ineffective to 3 cases.The total effective rate was 83.33%.0 case in Simplified Shemazhichuan group was cured.There are 2 cases with marked effect,whlie 2 cases were effective,Simplified Shemazhichuan is ineffective to 1 cases.The total effective rate was 80.00%.Comparing two groups,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The effect of western medicine is the same Chinese medicine group.3.In terms of secondary evaluation indicators,asthma,cough,expectoration,chest tightness,asthma and other symptoms and signs could be alleviated in both the TCM group and the western medicine group(P<0.05),with statistically significant differences,and the improvement of cough symptoms in the western medicine group was better than that in the Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).the control level of asthma in the two groups was also significantly improved(P<0.05).4.In terms of safety analysis,during the treatment of patients treated with TCM,one patient developed palpitations,which did not affect the daily life.One patient had mild liver function abnormalities during the treatment,which it is no significant changes when observed.The renal fuction were normal during treatment.Conclusion1.Through clinical observation,this study demonstrated that the total effective rate of the simple prescription for relieving asthma with radiating anesthesia in the treatment of bronchial asthma patients with mild to moderate chronic persistent cold syndrome was 83.33%,which was comparable to the efficacy of control group and had reliable effectiveness.2.Through clinical observation,this study demonstrated that Simplified Shemazhichuan Decoction could improve the clinical symptoms of cough,expectoration,chest tightness,asthma and wheezing in patients with mild to moderate chronic persistent cold syndrome of bronchial asthma,and improve the control level of asthma,which was roughly equivalent to the effect of monteluster group alone.3.this study shows that the Simplified Shemazhichuan Decoction is safe for clinical use,since no adverse reaction in term of vital signs and liver and renal fuction,an few adverse events was reported.
