The Study Of Clinical Experience Of Professor Wang Shizhen In Treating Sinusitis Based On Data Method

ObjectiveThis article analyzes Professor Wang Shizhen' s prescription of treating sinusitis by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance Support System(V2.5).Additionally,this article summarizes Professor Wang Shizhen' s dialectical thinking of treating sinusitis and the rule of prescribing drugs.It is beneficial to inherit Professor Wang Shizhen' s academic thought of treating sinusi tis,which provides new ideas for the next step of scientific research.MethodsFrom September 2016 to December 2018,a total of 141 patients who met the inclusion cri teria were collected,and their medical information was inputted into the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance Support System(V2.5)to form a database of Sinusitis' s medical records.The frequency of herbs used,the relation regulation of herbs,unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering,entropy clustering of complex systems and so on are used to analyze the data,which was in order to summarize the rule of drug used by Orofessor Wang Shizhen.ResultsThrough the statistical analysis of 329 prescriptions of 141 cases of patients who had sinusitis treated by Professor Wang Shizhen,there are 99 kinds of herbs.The frequency of 15 kinds of herbs are over 100.The top ten places of use frequency are:Flos Magnoliae,Radix angelicae dahurica,Atractylodes macrocephala,radix fici simplicissimae,Fangfeng,Poria cocos,Licorice,dried tangerine or orange peel,Codonopsis pilosula,Sharpleaf'Galangal Fruit.The most commonly used herbs is gentle,has acrid-sweet flavor,and belongs to the spleen-stomach Meridian.Based on the analyze of relation regulations,while setting the support to 130 and the confidence to 0.9,445 combinations of 12 different categories of herb are found.Anyhow,18 pairs of core drug combinations were obtained by using entropy clustering method of complex systems,and nine new prescriptions were further evolved.Conclusion1.In the course of treating sinusitis,Professor Wang Shizhen divided the pathogenesis of sinusitis into three categories;pathogenic wind attacking the superficies,lung and spleen Qi deficiency and spleen deficiency with dampness.In all stages of the treatment of sinusitis,Professor Wang Shizhen focused to protect the spleen and stomach Qi;the treatment principle is relenishing qi to invigorate the spleen and expelling wind.2.The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)inheritance Support System(V2.5)can facilitate a large number of medical records to be preserved,which is using the data mining method to excavate the clinical medication from different aspects,which is helpful to find the rule of drug use and prescription for the clinical treatment of famous traditional Chinese medicine.The new prescription can be found,which provides ideas for the next research and the development of new drugs.
