Analysis On Professor Wang Shizhen's Clinical Experience Of Bi-qiu Based On Data

ObjectiveBy using the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance auxiliary software system mining professor Wang Shizhen's data in the treatment of Bi-qiu,summarize her clinical experience,provide new ideas and references for clinical treatment of Bi-qiu.MethodsCollecting professor Wang Shizhen's medical records from June 2015 to December 2017 in treatment of Bi-qiu,then inputting the eligible medicine prescriptions into auxiliary system and analyzeing professor Wang Shizhen's clinical medicine experience by a series of unique statistical methods of the auxiliary system,such as,the rules of integration analysis,the complex system entropy,entropy of unsupervised clustering hierarchy clustering data mining methods.ResultsTo analyze the strict filtering 138 cases of 212 prescriptions,the drugs that used the most were rhizoma atractylodis macrocephaiae,saposhnicovia divaricata,magnolia flower,poria cocos and so on.Many frequently-used combination of drugs,20 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions were also excavated from the auxiliary system database.ConclusionsAccording to the analysis of professor Wang Shizhen's treatment for the Bi-qiu medicine,the drugs that have function of replenishing qi,strengthening spleen,warming lung,dispelling cold,tonifying qi and strengthening exterior,warming kidney,reducing runny noses,unobstructing nostril were mainly used.The property and flavor of main drugs were warm,flat,Spicy and sweet.A large portion of channel tropism were spleen,lung,kidney,professor Wang Shizhen is a experienced doctor,it's worth considering the way that her safe and effective method for clinical treatment of Bi-qiu.
