Observation For Clinical Effects Of Small Needle-knife Combined With Functional Exercise To Treat Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis

Objective:To observe the clinical effect about small needle-knife combined with functional exercise to treat neck type of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Selection of fuzhou general hospital of nanjing military region bone subject from July 1,2014 to December 30,2015 during the treatment of 60 patients with the neck type of cervical spondylosis of outpatient service, all cases included in the standard, using the random single blind method, according to the doctor’s order reference to random number table were randomly divided into test group and control group in the two groups.The test group were treated with small needle-knife combined with functional exercise therapy, the functional exercise using rice word fuck,2 groups each day, in the morning and night, each group repeat 10 times. The control group were treated with celecoxib combined with functional exercise therapy, which celecoxib capsules daily 2 times, every time 200mg, functional exercise same as test group.The small needle-knife therapy once a week,total of three times.Take 3 weeks celecoxib, rice word fuck for 3 weeks.Before (on) treatment,3 weeks after treatment,2 months after treatment with cervical activity, cervical physiological curvature, VAS pain score, and according to the effect of therapeutic effect evaluation standard to evaluate treatment of cervical spondylosis.Data from the two groups using SPSS 18.0 statistical software for statistical analysis.Results:1.Two groups in gender, age, course of the disease and before treatment in patients with cervical activity, cervical physiological curvature, etc. after statistics analysis, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), the two groups were comparable.2.1n cervical activity comparison:the two groups after treatment for 3 weeks,2 months after treatment, respectively, compared with before treatment and after treatment for 2 months compared with 3 weeks after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P< 0.05), cervical activity has increased.Three weeks after treatment and 2 months after treatment, the test group compared with control group in the same period, statistically significant difference (P<0.05), and the test group cervical activity is better than the control group.3.In cervical physiological curvature comparison:the two groups after treatment for 3 weeks,2 months after treatment, respectively, compared with before treatment and after treatment for 2 months compared with 3 weeks after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), cervical physiological curvature has increased.Three weeks after treatment and 2 months after treatment, the test group compared with control group in the same period, statistically significant difference (P<0.05), and the test group cervical physiological curvature is better than the control group.4.In VAS pain score comparison:the two groups after treatment for 3 weeks,2 months after treatment, respectively, compared with before treatment and after treatment for 2 months compared with 3 weeks after treatment, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05), VAS pain score decreased.Three weeks after treatment and 2 months after treatment, the test group compared with control group in the same period, statistically significant difference (P< 0.05), and the test group VAS pain score is lower than the control group.5.In comparing curative effect:Two groups of patients after treatment for 3 weeks,2 months after treatment effect in the same period, the difference had statistical significance (P <0.05), and the curative effect of test group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Small needle-knife combined with functional exercise to treat neck type of cervical spondylosis has quick effect and high security,with a good clinical effect.
