ObjectivesShort-term efficacy and overall efficacy of FSN' s sweep combined with reperfusion and simple FSN' s sweeping on vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis provide objective basis for FSN treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis and provide a rapid and effective treatment for vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.MethodsEighty patients who met the inclusion criteria in the ward and outpatient department of the Acupuncture Rehabilitation Department of GuangDong Second Traditional Chinese Hospital were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group. The control group was treated with FSN' s sweep and the treatment group was added reperfusion approach on the basis of the control group. The improved vertigo symptoms and functional assessment scale(ESCV),vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis functional assessment scale(FS-CSA),and overall efficacy were used as evaluation indicators to compare the intra-group changes and the inter-group differences before and after treatment. To evaluate the difference in efficacy between the two therapies.Results1.There was no significant difference in gender, age, and duration of disease between the treatment group and the control group. There was no significant difference in the ESCV score and the FS-CSA score(P>0.05),there is comparability between groups.2.Comparison of time points in the group:The scores of the ESCV and FS-CSA in two groups were statistically signi ficant as the treatment time gone. After treatment, the ESCV scale scores of the treatment group and the control group were increased after the first treatment, after the fourth treatment, and after the eighth treatment, and the comparisons were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the FS-CSA scale of the treatment group and the control group decreased after the fourth treatment and after the eighth treatment, the intra-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups showed the treatment methods are effective for vertebral motility cervical spondylosis and have clinical significance.3.Comparison of time points between groups:compared with the control group, the score of ESCV after the first treatment, after the forth treatment, after eighth treatment, two groups and the score of FS-CSA after the forth treatment, after eighth treatment,There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment and after the 8th treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the symptoms of patients.4.Comparison of overall efficacy:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 77.5%.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),results suggest that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the treatment of vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis.ConclusionThe group of FSN' s sweep and reperfusion approach and FSN' s sweep on treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis both have good curative effects, and the former better than the latter.
