The Clinical Observation Of Wendan Decoction Combined With Chemotherapy In The Treatment Of Advanced Gastric Cancer With The Type Of Phlegm-Damp Coagulation

Objective:To investigate the treatment of patients with stage III-IV gastric cancer by using Wendan Decoction combined with Xelox regimen,and to analyze the clinical symptoms,solid tumor efficacy,physical status,immunity of patients with advanced gastric cancer by Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy.The efficacy and safety of the function provide a diagnosis and treatment idea for clinical treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:Seventy-two patients with advanced gastric cancer who were admitted to the inpatient department of Shanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group(36 cases in each group).Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group was treated with Xelox regimen and oral Wendan Decoction.The chemotherapy alone group was only treated with Xelox regimen.The changes and safety indexes of TCM syndrome,solid tumor,physical status,immune function and gastric cancer related tumor index CA199 were observed and treated after two chemotherapy cycles.SPSS20.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results:(1)Contrast found that in the overall efficacy of TCM syndrome,the clinical effective rate of Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group was 90.91%,77.41%,and the P values is 0.036 and is less than 0.05 by rank sum test,which proved that Wendan Decoction The total score of TCM syndrome in the combined chemotherapy group was significantly lower than that in the chemotherapy alone group.The single symptom of the two groups of patients was analyzed.The symptom scores of Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group in improving the symptoms of stomach cramps,nausea and vomiting,fatigue and anorexia were lower than those in the chemotherapy group alone.Statistical analysis of the above groups of data showed that the P value of each group is all less than 0.05,and there were significant differences.The two groups of patients used the rank-sum test to improve the symptoms of stomach cramps,acid reflux,and stool.The above data were statistically analyzed that the P value of each group is all greater than 0.05,which did not show significant differences.(2)In terms of improving the efficacy of solid tumors in patients,the tumor control rate DCR of Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group was 84.8% and 80.6%,respectively.The clinical effective rate RR of the two groups was 48.5% and 38.7%,respectively.Statistical analysis of the two groups of datausing the rank sum test showed the P values is 0.409 and is greater than 0.05,indicating that the Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and the chemotherapy alone group did not show significant difference in the objective efficacy of solid tumors.(3)Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group in the improvement of patients' physical condition(KPS score)tested the P values is0.044 and is less than 0.05,it can be seen that Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group after physical strength score higher than chemotherapy alone.(4)The CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ in the T cell subsets treated with Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group was significantly higher than that of the chemotherapy alone group,and the CD8+ was significantly lower than the chemotherapy alone group.The t-test was used to count the data of the above groups.The P value of each group was less than 0.05,indicating that the T cell subsets of Wenling Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy group were significantly different.(5)In the reduction of gastric cancer-related tumor indicators in patients,the comparison of CA199 indicators of gastric cancer tumors after treatment with Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone group,statistical analysis of two groups of data using t test the P values is 0.777 and is greater than 0.05,there was no significant difference in CA199 index after treatment with Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone.(6)In the evaluation of drug safety of patients,there were no serious adverse events in Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group and chemotherapy alone.Conclusion:The study found that Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy regimen has obvious advantages in improving immune function and relieving symptoms such as stomach cramps,nausea and vomiting,fatigue,anorexia,and improving physical strength of patients with advanced gastric cancer.In the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer,such as stomach pain,noisy acid reflux,sticky notes and other symptoms,improve the efficacy of patients with solid tumors and reduce gastric cancer-related tumor indicators,the two groups did not show significant differences;and observed that Wendan Tang combined There was no significant difference in the safety of medication between the chemotherapy group and the chemotherapy alone group.It can be seen that Wendan Decoction combined with chemotherapy group is effective in improving the physical condition of patients and improving the clinical symptoms and immune status of patients with advanced gastric cancer.It is safe and can be used clinically.
