Clinical Observation Of Wendan Decoction On Dyslipidemia(Phlegm Dampness) In Patients With Simple Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver

Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Wendan Decoction on dyslipidemia(phlegm dampness)in patients with simple nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,and to evaluate its efficacy and safety,so as to provide evidence for clinical treatment.Method:The design of randomized controlled clinical trial,62 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(wendan decoction)and control group of 31 cases(XZK)31cases and observation of simple nonalcoholic fatty liver hyperlipidemia(phlegm)TCM Constitution score before and after treatment in patients with liver function,blood lipid,liver color Doppler index objective evaluation of Wendan Decoction in treating phlegm effect and safety of simple non alcoholic fatty liver in patients with dyslipidemia.Result: The change of syndrome scores of phlegm dampness syndrome in two groups was compared.The treatment group was markedly effective in 8 cases(26.7%),effective in16 cases(53.3%),ineffective in 6 cases(20%),and the total effective rate was 80%.The control group was markedly effective in 1 cases(3.3%),effective in 13 cases(43.3%),ineffective in 16 cases(53.3%),and the total effective rate was 46.6%.Compare two groups of blood lipid improvement,the treatment group in TG,TC and HDL-C effect is remarkable,and in the HDL-C there is no obvious effect.The control group had better curative effect in TG,TC,HDL-C and LDL-C.Compared with the control group,the P<0.05 in the treatment group was significantly different from that in the TG group.Compare the two groups before and after liver color Doppler ultrasound changes,statistics,P<0.05,there is a significant difference.Conclusion: Wendan decoction can effectively improve the simple nonalcoholic fatty liver lipid abnormalities(phlegm)the clinical symptoms of the patients,increase the effective control of blood lipids,and no significant adverse reactions,can be used for clinical treatment.
