| Objective: By observing the clinical effect of JiangzhiQuyu Recipe on type 2 diabetes for blood stasis complicated with hyperlipidemia to assess its clinical value and safety,and its mechanism of action was further explored.Methods: Seventy patients with blood stasis type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia were enrolled from the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of Chinese Medicine,and were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.On the basis of diet and exercise,the two groups were given metformin hydrochloride enteric-coated tablets for hypoglycemic treatment,and the treatment group was treated with JiangzhiQuyu Recipe,and the control group was treated with Pushen Capsule.Both groups were treated for 2 months.The data were collected after treatment,and the changes of blood lipids,blood glucose,hemorheology and clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment.The effectiveness and safety of the two groups were evaluated.Results:Of the 70 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia and blood stasis type,35 patients in the treatment group and 35 patients in the control group,67 patients were effectively followed up(3 patients were shedding),including 34 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group.There were no statistically significant differences in age,gender,duration of disease,and BMI between the two groups before treatment.1.Blood lipids: The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the TC level(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of TG and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).The difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.Blood glucose: After treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and postprandial2-hour blood glucose(2hPBG)were improved in both groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there was an improvement trend in the treatment group.There was a statistical difference(P<0.05).3.Hemorheological aspects: After treatment,the whole blood viscosity(high cut),whole blood viscosity(medium cut),whole blood viscosity(low cut)were improvedcompared with before,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);Comparison between groups: There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).4.TCM syndromes: intra-group comparison: The symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Comparison between groups:The degree of the improvement of symptoms of fatigue,chest tightness and chest pain in the treatment group was better than the control group,and there was a statistical difference(?P<0.05).The two groups had the same effect on the improvement of polyuria,thirst,and numbness of the limbs(?P>0.05).5.Safety indicators: After treatment with alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the control group and the control group(P>0.05);Comparison between groups: the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),indicating that JiangzhiQuyu Recipe can improve mild liver injury to some extent.During the study period,all subjects had no obvious discomfort and adverse drug reactions.No abnormalities were found in blood,urine routine,renal function and electrocardiogram before and after treatment.It shows that both groups of drugs have good safety.Conclusion:Preliminary studies have shown that JiangzhiQuyu Recipe is effective in the treatment of patients with blood stasis type 2 diabetes complicated with hyperlipidemia,which can effectively reduce total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FPG),2 hours postprandial blood glucose(2hPBG),whole blood viscosity(high cut),whole blood viscosity(medium cut),whole blood viscosity(low cut).It can effectively improve blood lipids,blood sugar,blood rheology,and delay the development of diabetes to some extent,delay or reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular events.Drugs are safe and effective and worth promoting. |
