Purpose:Study the correlation analysis of602cases of type2diabetic womenhospitalized patients with vascular disease incidence. Explore stasis diabetesmacrovascular disease statistics from the perspective of Chinese medicine andWestern medicine. Provide a reliable objective basis for the prevention andtreatment.Material and method:602cases of women with type2diabetes were dividedinto four disease duration in accordance with the time of onset of type2diabetes:Less than1year;1-5years;5-10years; more than10years to collect clinicaldata, the SPSS17.0statistical analysis software to analyze the differentduration of grouping and throughout the course of stasis diabetic vascularcomplications and their correlation.Results:1. women with type2diabetes mellitus and hypertension in hospitalized patients:More than10years the incidence of diabetic patients with hypertension was77.8%,5-10years in diabetic patients with hypertension incidence rate of70.5%,1-5years in diabetic patients with hypertension incidence rate of51.8%,new diabetic patients with hypertension was41.4%.2. Macrovascular complications in women with type2diabetes in hospitalizedpatients: More than10years the incidence of diabetic patients withatherosclerosis was60.1%, coronary heart disease incidence was28.3%, Theincidence of cerebral infarction was8.6%;5-10years diabetic patients with theincidence of atherosclerosis was45.5%, the incidence of coronary heart diseasewas26.9%, the incidence of cerebral infarction was5.1%;1-5years of diabetespatients with the incidence of atherosclerosis was29.9%, the incidence ofcoronary heart disease was18.2%, the incidence of cerebral infarction was8.6%;new diabetes patients with atherosclerosis incidence was19.8%. Coronary heart disease incidence rate of15.3%, the incidence of cerebral infarction was8.1%.3. New diabetes (1year): The incidence of hypertension and coronary heart diseasewas positively correlated (P=0.039).,also positively correlated withatherosclerosis (P=0.036). The occurrence of cerebral infarction and coronaryheart disease was highly positive correlation (P <0.001).4. Second course of the disease (1-5years): The incidence of atherosclerosisin cerebral infarction incidence was highly positively correlated (P<0.001),,also positively correlated with hypertension (P=0.013).5. Third course of the disease (5-10years): The pathogenesis of hypertensionand the occurrence of cerebral infarction was positively correlated (P=0.012).6. Fourth course of the disease (10years): The incidence of cerebral infarctionand coronary heart disease occurrence was significantly positively correlated(P <0.001).7. Type2diabetes patients with hypertension, with cerebral infarction (P=0.001), coronary heart disease (P=0.006), atherosclerosis (P <0.001) occurredwas highly positively correlated;Type2diabetes with cerebral infarctionhospitalized patients, with coronary heart disease was highly positivecorrelation (P <0.001), with the occurrence of atherosclerosis was a positivecorrelation (P=0.024); Type2diabetes with coronary heart disease in patients, with atherosclerosis showed a positive correlation (P=0.014).Conclusion:1.Diabetes, the longer the higher the incidence of hypertension, arteriosclerosis, coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction.2. New onset type2diabetes mellitus and hypertension can lead to the incidenceof coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis; the occurrence of coronary heartdisease can lead to the occurrence of cerebral infarction. Duration of1-5years,type2diabetes with hypertension or atherosclerosis are prone to cause cerebralinfarction occurred.3. duration of5-10years, type2diabetes with hypertension lead to cerebral infarction.4. Duration of more than10years,type2diabetes with coronary heart diseaseprone to cause the occurrence of cerebral infarction5. Stasis type2diabetes female patients with four complications areinterrelated and influence each other, especially the people with coronary heartdisease are highest risk of cerebral infarction.
