Objective: Lithospermum ointment can promote postoperative anus wound healing of hemorrhoids after surgery,the purpose of this study was to observe the role and expression of type III collagen within the wound and how the regulation mechanism of lithospermum ointment on wound in type III collagen.These all aims to study the effect of lithospermum ointment on wound healing after operation of hemorrhoids(damp invasion of lower energizer)and its partial mechanism of action,to provide practical support and experimental basis for the application of lithospermum ointment in dressing of anorectal diseases in general,trying to provide drugs beneficial for clinical,accelerate process of rehabilitation,and reduce the pain of patients.Methods:The group of 60 cases of hemorrhoids(damp invasion of lower energizer)were randomly divided into two groups,which received regular disinfection or lithospermum ointment from from the third postoperative day.The wound healing time and the final scar area were recorded,and the general situation of the wounds and its reduction rate of the wound was recorded after dressing 3,7,14,28 days.In patients with postoperative dressing forceps at 3,7,14 days of granulation tissue,paraffin embedded for pathological section(HE staining)and observe the growth of granulation tissue of routine disinfection group and lithospermum ointment group,calculate the number of fibroblast cells and expression of type III collagen protein of two groups by Western blot research.Results1.Clinical observation:In the lithospermum ointment dressing group,the time of wound healing shortened obviously.It compared with the conventional disinfection group was statistically significant?Scar area was significantly smaller than that of conventional disinfection group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01)?At the dressing day of post operation that 3,7,14,28,wound reduction rate reduced obvious in the lithospermum ointment dressing group than conventional disinfection group,The difference between the conventional disinfection group and the treatment group was statistically significant(P < 0.05)?2.Basic experiment:It can be observated in the ointment dressing group:inflammatory cells were significantly reduced,new blood vessels and new fibroblast cells were significantly increased in granulation tissue in the dressing day of post operation that 3,7.At the day of 14,fibroblasts showed a significant downward trend in ointment dressing group less than the conventional disinfection group.in the day of 3,7,The positive expression of type III collagen was significantly(P < 0.05)in two grops.The expression of type ? collagen was decreased at 14 th in ointment dressing group,but still higher than conventional disinfection group,the difference between the control group and ointment group is still statistically significant.Conclusion1.Lithospermum ointment can obviously promote wound healing in hemorrhoid(damp invasion of lower energizer)postoperative dressing,shorten wound healing time,reduce the final scar area,clinical effect is curative,accelerate the rehabilitation of patients,reduce the pain of dressing.2.Lithospermum ointment used in hemorrhoid(damp invasion of lower energizer)postoperative dressing can promote wound granulation tissue growth,promote the regeneration of cells into the early stage,then decreased,reducing scar formation.3.Lithospermum ointment applied to hemorrhoid(damp invasion of lower energizer)postoperative wound dressing can make the type III collagen increased,this may be the mechanism of its promoting healing process and reducing scar area.
