| Purpose: To this study through self-made strong waist pain relieving prescription square with shuang teng jin gu tablet in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy of contrast research,evaluating the effect of two kinds of methods for the treatment of lumbago,explore the effective method of clinical treatment of low back pain,for the treatment of lumbago provide a new treatment.Methods: This study collected in March 2014 to November 2014,shanxi college of traditional Chinese medicine hospital the ninth clinics and taiyuan city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation department Compling with the criteria for the diagnosis of lumbar disc prolapsed lumbar disc herniation 60 patients as the research object,and randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases each.The treatment group daily oral agent with self-made strong waist pain relieving prescription,divided into early and late two,daily oral Shuangteng Jingu tablet control group,divided into early,middle and late three times,five tablets each time;The two groups were set 30 days for a course of treatment,observation of treatment group and control group before treatment and after 1 cycles of JOA low back pain score,VAS pain score,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions and other indicators,comparison and analysis of statistical data.Results: After the completion of the clinical observation of the data obtained through SPSS17.0 statistics,analysis of the results,the conclusions are as follows:1.The treatment group and control group of 30 patients were enrolled in this study,the treatment in the treatment group 1 cases were excluded,off 1 cases,control group 2 cases were excluded,the treatment group and the control group with 28 cases in each group,there was no significant difference in general information(such as age distribution,sex ratio and duration),with comparability.2.JOA low back pain score: Before treatment,the score of the treatment group was 14.62±1.27 points,the control group score was 14.45±1.38,no significant difference.After 1 courses of treatment group score was 22.26±1.78,there was significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05),after 1 courses of treatment,the control group was 19.84±1.65,there was significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05).JOA low back pain score in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05)after 1 courses of treatment,there was significant difference.3.VAS score: Before treatment,the treatment group score was 6.58±0.54,and the control group score was 6.82±0.48,no significant difference.After 1 courses of treatment group were 2.65 ±0.64,there was significant difference compared with before treatment(P<0.05);after 1 courses of treatment,the control group were 3.24±O.23,was statistically significant compared with before treatment(P<0.05).VAS score in treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),there was a significant difference between the 1 groups.4.Clinical efficacy and safety evaluation: After a course of treatment,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group and the treatment group and the control group,no significant adverse reactions.Comparison is as follows: the treatment group treated with self-made strong waist pain relieving prescription after a course of treatment,the total effective reached 85.71%,of which 6 cases were cured,14 cases improved,4 cases effective,4 cases were invalid;the control group taking Shuangteng Jingu tablet after a course of treatment,the total efficiency is 53.57%,of which 3 cases were cured,9 cases improved,there are the effect of 3 cases,13 cases were invalid.Conclusion: The self-made strong waist pain relieving prescription treatment of lumbar disc herniation curative effect,can significantly improve the patient's pain,numbness and other symptoms,improve patient survival and quality of life. |
