Clinical Study Of Sanziyangqin Decoction And Yueju Pill On Obesity Of Phlegm-Dampness Type

Objective:By taking Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Yueju Pill orally to treat obese patients of phlegm-dampness type,the improvement of TCM syndromes,body weight and metabolic indexes before and after treatment was observed,and the efficacy of Sanzi Yangqin Decoction combined with Yueju Pill and the operability of clinical application were discussed,which provided new ideas for clinical treatment of obese patients of phlegm-dampness type and reflected the complementary advantages of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods : 60 patients with phlegm-dampness obesity were observed and divided into control group and treatment group by random control method.The control group was treated by diet and exercise.The treatment group was treated by Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Yueju Pill on the basis of the control group.The TCM syndromes,body weight and metabolism were compared between Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Yueju Pill in regulating phlegm-dampness obesity and simple exercise diet.The impact of indicators,draw conclusions,analysis results.Results:1.In the treatment group,30 patients with phlegm-dampness obesity were treated with Sanziyangqin Decoction and Yueju Pill.The final results were 4 cases,16 cases were effective and 10 cases were ineffective.The overall effective rate was 67%.In the control group,there were 30 patients,and the final results were 1 case,10 cases and 19 cases.The total effective rate was 37%.The total effective rate was tested to be P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the weight loss effect of Sanziyangqin Decoction and Yueju Pill in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.2.After treatment,the body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference and body mass index of the two groups were compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could effectively reduce the above four indicators.After treatment,the body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference and body mass index of the two groups were compared,and the test P<0.05 showed that the weight loss effect of the treatment group was more obvious than that of the control group.3.After treatment,the total cholesterol and triglyceride levels of the two groups were compared with those before treatment,and the results showed that the treatment group and the control group could effectively improve the total cholesterol and triglyceride levels.After treatment,the total cholesterol levels of the two groups were compared,P<0.05,indicating that the treatment group had a better effect on reducing total cholesterol than the control group;the triglyceride group had a better effect on reducing total cholesterol than the control group;the triglyceride group had a test P>0.05,indicating that the treatment group had a better effect There was no significant difference in triglyceride reduction between the two groups.4.After treatment,two groups of high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol compared with before treatment,the test P > 0.05,showed that the treatment group and control group can not effectively improve high density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein cholesterol.5.After treatment,the fasting blood glucose of the two groups was compared with that before treatment.The test P > 0.05 showed that the two groups had no good effect in reducing fasting blood glucose.Conclusion:Sanzi Yangqin Decoction and Yueju Pill can reduce the body weight,waist circumference,hip circumference,body mass index and serum cholesterol of simple obesity patients with phlegm-dampness type.The clinical effect of this prescription in treating simple obesity of phlegm-dampness type is better than that of diet and exercise prescription group.
