| Objective: By observing the clinical efficacy of Bi Tong Tang on qi stagnation functional constipation,its clinical value and safety are evaluated.Methods: Sixty patients with functional constipation with complete data and no organic gastrointestinal stasis in the affiliated hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of lifestyle interventions,the experimental group was treated with Bi Tong Tang,and the control group was given Rouran Soft Capsule routine treatment.Take 4 weeks as a course of treatment,2 courses of treatment.Record the clinical symptoms and TCM syndrome scores of the two groups before and after treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups,and evaluate their safety.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in basic data such as sex,age,and course of disease between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05)(2)After treatment,the clinical symptoms of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were significantly improved(P<0.05).The effect of defecation effort,frequency of defecation,fecal traits in the treatment group was similar to that of the control group(P>0.05).Symptoms of exhaustion and defecation were all better than those in the control group(P<0.05).(3)After treatment,the TCM syndromes of the patients in the treatment group and the control group were significantly better than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).(4)The overall efficacy of the two groups of patients was 93.33% in the treatment group and 83.33% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(5)The relapse rate at the 8th week of treatment discontinuation was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).(6)During the study period,all subjects did not have obvious discomfort and adverse drug reactions,and no abnormalities were found in blood,urine,routine,electrocardiogram,liver and kidney function before and after treatment.It shows that both groups of drugshave good safety.Conclusion: Preliminary studies have shown that Bi tong Tang is effective in the treatment of patients with Qi stagnation functional constipation,which can effectively reduce the degree of defecation effort,increase the frequency of defecation,reduce defecation time,improve fecal traits,and improve the feeling of obstruction and obstruction during defecation.It also has a significant effect in improving TCM syndromes in patients with Qi stagnation functional constipation.Drugs are safe and effective and worth promoting. |
