| Objective:the study observed the clinical curative effect of Jiaweixiao qinglong Decoction in the treatment of AECOPD (acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, AECOPD), aimed at improving the superiority of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AECOPD, and expanded the way of the treatment of AECOPD, and accumulated some materials for the research of the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of disease.Methods:the 56 cases of the study diagnosed with the AECOPD were all from the respiratory deparment of Teaching Hospital of chengdu university of T.C.M, which were randomizedly divided into the observation group (28 cases) and control group (28 cases) according to the method of randon digits table. The control group, 28 cases, were all in the treatment of western medicine convention (oxygen therapy, anti-infection, spasmolysis, expectorant, antitussive, antiasthmatic, etc.). The observation group,28 cases, were all in the treatment of western medicine convention, and additionally given Jiaweixiaoqinglong Decoction, taking three times a day. The before and after treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral, CAT score, pulmonary function (FEV1, FEV1/FVC%), blood gas analysis (PH, PaCO2, PaO2) and total hospitalization days of the two groups were observed and analyzed statistically.Results:according to the statistics, the main symptoms of TCM symptoms (cough, cough up phlegm, wheezing, cyanosis), CAT score, FEV1%, PaCO2 of the patients of observation group is better than the control group. The average hospitalization time of observation group is obviously shorter than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Jiaweixiaoqinglong Decoction in the treatment of AECOPD is positive, which can relieve the main symptom, shorten the hospitalization time, improve the quality of life of patients, which also confirms the advantages of the Chinese medicine in mitigation and treatment of AECOPD, and it is worth promoting. |
