Clinical Study Of Treatment Of Peptic Ulcer On Disharmony Of Liver And Stomach With Ningwei Capsule

Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of "Ningwei Capsule" on Peptic Ulcer(PU)of Disharmony of Liver and Stomach,to explore its action mechanism.Provide Ningwei Capsule treatment of Peptic ulcer with clinical evidence of efficacy.Methods: From May 2015 to February 2016,138 cases were collected from Tian Yuhe famous old doctor of Chinese national clinical studio and stomach disease ward diagnosed as PU disease in Xiaoyi Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine of Shanxi Province.The patients were stochastic segmented in two groups: treatment group(n=69)and control group(n=69).The former group was cured with "Ningwei Capsule"(the basic party: bupleurm,white peony,red peony,immature bitter orange,fructus aurantii,frankincense,myrrh,rhizome corydalis,dandelion,bighead atractylodes rhizome,liquorice,etc.)and Rabeprazole azoie sodium enteric capsules,Chinese medicine(before meals,three times/day).The selection of western medicine Rabeprazole azoie sodium enteric capsules specification is 10 mg,one day before meal once a day.The patient of control group was treated with Rabeprazole azoie sodium enteric capsules(10mg/time,once a day).After six weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients before and after treatment symptoms,sign,endoscopy and laboratory examination results,to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the drugs.Results: Research shows,after treatment,epigastric pain,poor emotional,miscellaneous bad or heartburn,acid regurgitation,belching symptoms were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05);the effect of treatment was evaluated by the method of integrated gastroscopy.The total effective rate of the treatment group was97.1%.The total effective rate was 88.4% in the other group.Comparison of the tow groups of comprehensive efficacy,P<0.01(P=0.08),the treatment of group after treatment of high comprehensive efficacy.Conclusions: "Ningwei Capsule" is the clinical curative effect for the treatment of peptic ulcer,which can exactly and effectively improve the patients' some symptoms such as epigastric pain,emotional upset(irritability or depression),noisy or heartburn,acid reflux,belching,etc.The therapeutic mechanism may be related to the protection of gastric and duodenal mucosa,inhibit the secretion of gastric acid and pepsin,remove HP inflammation,regulating gastrointestinal nerve and central nerve.
