| Objective:This topic uses the principle of relieving the liver,strengthening the spleen and stomach as the method of treatment,using "Shanghan Lun" as a basis for the treatment of clinical observation and study medication,and observes the treatment of 60 patients with chronic superficial gastritis with disharmony of liver and stomach.Before and after the clinical symptoms,gastric mucosal lesions change,confirmed clinical efficacy.Methods:Sixty patients with chronic superficial gastritis with liver-gastric disharmony were selected from the outpatient department of spleen and gastroenterology at the Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine for observation.They were numbered according to the order of visits and were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.example,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given jia-wei-si-ni-san treatment group,patients in the control group were treated with omeprazole combined with Shuai Kuanzhong Capsules for a total of 4 weeks.Clinical symptoms and changes of gastric mucosal lesions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups of patients.Refer to Clinical Research of New Drugs of Traditional Chinese Medicine Guiding Principles “Evaluation Criteria for Chronic Superficial Gastritis,Comparing Clinical Efficacy.Results:1.30 patients in the treatment group,7 clinically cured,12 markedly effective,8effective,3 ineffective,total effective rate 90%;30 patients in the control group,Clinical recovery in 2 cases,6 markedly effective,15 effective,5 ineffective,total effective rate83.3%;The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the total effective rate was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.The total scores of the symptoms and the scores of each symptom in the two groups were improved compared to that before and after treatment.There was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),including gastric fullness,epigastric pain,and chest pain(Or for fullness or tingling or pain,loss of appetite,belching,nausea(gastric),irritability,irritability,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,there is a statistical difference(P <0.05),and symptoms of disobedience,nausea Vomiting,no obvious advantage in the treatment group,no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P> 0.05)3.There was no obvious adverse reaction during the treatment period between the two groups of patients.The treatment group was treated with Modified Sini San as the therapeutic drug.The amount of the used drug met the standards of the Pharmacopoeia and was the basic amount used.There was no obvious damage to the organs such as liver and kidney.Side effects and adverse reactions,the control group Omeprazole and proprietary Chinese medicine Yao Shu Kuanzhong capsule also showed no obvious adverse reactions.The two groups of drug treatment have no toxic and side effects and are safe and reliable.Conclusion:Jia-wei-si-ni-san has a remarkable curative effect in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with liver-gastric disharmony.It has good effects in relieving and improving the symptoms of TCM and helps improve the quality of life of patients.has a remarkable curative effect in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with liver-gastric disharmony,and it improves patients quality of life,improvement of symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and other aspects have a good effect. |
