Clinical Observation Of Deep Needling Yifeng Treating Pseudobulbar Palsy Dysphagia After Stoke

Objective:To evaluate clinical curative effect of deep needling Yifeng acupuncture treatment of pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia after stokeMethods:A total of 65 patients with dysphagia caused by pseudobulbar palsy after stroke in the outpatient and ward of Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi University of traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2016 to January 2018 were selected.They were divided into treatment group(33 cases)and control group(32 cases)by random number table.The two groups had the same acupoints,which are all 4 weeks of treatment.The treatment group used the deep needling Yifeng technique,while the control group used the common technique..The data of the two groups Pretest-Posttest were recorded by The water swallow test grading and Toshima Ichiro swallowing efficacy evaluation score table.Statistical software SPSS20.0 was used to analyze the data of the pretest-posttest.Results:1 The evaluation of drinking water test in depression field:1.1 The comparison before and after treatment:The treatment group:The statistical analysis(p<0.05)of the drinking water test scores before and after treatment were statistically significant,which proved the treatment of deep needling Yifeng based on pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia wooks.The control group:The statistical analysis(p<0.05)of the drinking water test scores before and after treatment were statistically significant,which proved the treatment of common acupuncture method based on pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia wooks.1.2 The comparison between groups after treatment:After treatment,the scores of drinking water test in the two groups were compared,and the statistical analysis showed that the difference was p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Which is proved that the acupuncture therapy with deep acupoint is better than ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of pseudobulbar palsy.2 The evaluation of Toshima Ichiro's swallowing effect:2.1 The comparison before and after treatment:The treatment group:The statistical analysis(p<0.05)of Toshima Ichiro's swallowing effect before and after treatment were statistically significant,which proved the treatment of deep needling Yifeng based on pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia wooks.The control group:The statistical analysis(p<0.05)of Toshima Ichiro's swallowing effect before and after treatment were statistically significant,which proved the treatment of common acupuncture method based on pseudobulbar palsy dysphagia wooks.2.2 The comparison between groups after treatment:After treatment,the scores of Toshima Ichiro's swallowing effect in the two groups were compared,and the statistical analysis showed that the difference was p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Which is proved that the acupuncture therapy with deep acupoint is better than ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of pseudobulbar palsy.3 The total efficacy evaluation:The treatment group:4 cases were cured,16 were effective,8 were effective,3 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.3%.The control group:1 case was cured,7 cases were effective,17 were effective,5 were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 83.3%.After statistical analysis,p<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Conclusion:Acupuncture with deep needling Yifeng based on pseudobulbar palsy treated is better than ordinary acupuncture,which the curative effect is safe and can be used as a effective method for the treatment of pseudobulbar paralysis patients.it is worth to promote in clinical practice.
