| Objective : The improvement of lumbar pain and intermittent claudication was observed by observing the treatment of DLSS patients with Elcatonin injection combined with Dan Lu Tong Du tablets.,to evaluate its clinical significance,science and safety.Methods:A total of 60 patients with DLSS were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were given basic treatment of vitamin D calcium chewable tablets.The control group was added with calcitonin,and the experimental group was based on the control group with Dan Lu Tong Du tablets.After one month of treatment,the data were collected,and the efficacy and safety of the two groups were evaluated by observing the lumbar pain,intermittent claudication and overall curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age and symptom score between the two groups(P > 0.05).2.The clinical symptoms of each group were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the efficacy of treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Blood,urine,routine,liver and kidney function and biochemical indexes were reviewed before and after treatment,and the side effects of drugs were closely observed.The two groups of patients had no obvious other discomfort during the treatment,and the patients' blood,urine and routine were normal,and the biochemical indexes were not abnormal.Conclusion:Preliminary studies show that after treatment in accordance with the calcitonin Dan LuTong overseers patients curative effect for the treatment of DLSS,is better than in calcitonin group,which can effectively improve the intermittent claudication,obviously alleviate lumbocrural pain,drug is safe and effective,is worth promoting. |
