Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis Approach To The Treatment Of Research Progress

Objective:Analyse the concept of sub-type, the pathogenesis of biomechanics, the diagnostic criteria and the treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis,and the cognition of DLSS with Chinese Medicine and the manuver therapy's status quo, to provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Collect the related literature of the manuver therapy of DLSS in China Journal Network (CNKI) mainly, and summarized the relevant information. Conclusion: The manuver therapy of DLSS has achieved some certain curative effect,and has been given even more attention. But their lack of in-depth understanding of reunification, and the mechanism remain to be investigated,and the treatment means need to be standardized.
