Combination Of Acupuncture With Medicine Moxibustion Clinical Observation For The Treatment Of Adenomyosis

Objective:To observe the basic conditions of adenomyosis in Chinese traditional Chinese medicine,and to clarify the main clinical objective of TCM treatment of adenomyosis;To observe the clinical curative effect of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion combined with moxibustion to treat the main symptoms of AM,and improve the treatment system of AM.Methods: A total of 65 patients with uterine adenomyosis who met the standard were divided into 33 patients and 32 patients in the control group.Control group given oral ibuprofen sustained release capsule treatment,the treatment group used,oral Chinese medicine acupuncture and moxibustion combined comprehensive therapy,treatment of three menstrual cycles in a row,two groups were compared before and after the treatment of dysmenorrhea score and TCM symptoms integral intensity,observation of comprehensive therapy to treat AM clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine.To further discuss the practical significance of acupuncture and moxibustion combined therapy in the treatment of AM.Results:After treatment of three menstrual cycles,the treatment group in the treatment of AM main observation indexes dysmenorrhea,the total effective rate was 90.9%,control group total effective rate was 78.1%,total effective rate comparison,the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01,there is significantly statistical difference,the treatment group total effective rate was significantly better than the control group total effective rate;,after treatment 3 cycles of treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect of the total effective rate was 84.8%,the control effect of TCM syndrome total effective rate was 62.5%,the treatment group compared with control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;The total efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion : Using needle medicine moxibustion combined with the comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of uterine adenomyosis,can significantly improve the symptoms of patients with dysmenorrhea,at the same time can obviously improve TCM symptoms,and can avoid abuses in modern medical treatment,to meet the trend of AM onset younger,AM provides a new train of thought and scheme for clinical treatment.
