The Influence Of Uterine Conditions And The Degree Of Dysmenorrhea By Herbs-partitioned Moxibustion On Navel For Adenomyosis

Objective:To observe the influence of uterine conditions and the degree of dysmenorrhea by herbs-partitioned moxibustion on navel for adenomyosis,to provide new idea and method of clinical treatment of uterine adenomyosisand and to study the mechanism of moxibustion for the treatment of adenomyosis.Method:Selected 42 patients with adenomyosis and randomly divided into two parts,21 patients in treatment group with herb-partitioned moxibustion on the navel and 21 patients in control group with starch moxibustion of the belly button.Compared with the degree of dysmenorrheal after each menstruation between two groups of patients before and after treatment and during treatment,as well as Uterine volume before and after treatment.Both groups were treated once a week,the menstrual period was suspended and 3 menstrual cycles were treated.Results:1.The degree of dysmenorrhea: The effective rate was 85% in the treatment group while 20% in the control group,the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01);Both groups were able to improved the degree of dysmenorrhea and reduced the degree of dysmenorrheal.The treatment group has a quick effect and curative effect is significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01);2.Uterine volume: The treatment group was able to reduced the size of the uterus(P<0.05).Safety evaluation results: There were no obvious discomfort between the two groups during the treatment.The effective rate of treatment group was 85% and the control group was 20%.Conclusion:This method is able to improve the dysmenorrhea caused by adenomyosis and increase the volume of uterus.The curative effect is better than that of the starch moxibustion.Therefore,it is able to used as a safe and effective treatment for adenomyosis.
