| According to the current situation that the medical cases of Shanxi Medical Journal of the Republic of China are obviously insufficient,this thesis presents a brief overview of the medical records and doctors in this period by collecting and sorting out them in an all-round way.The Shanxi Medical Journal of the Republic of China was undertaken by the traditional Chinese Medicine Research Association.It was founded in 1921,stopped operation in 1937,last long with a total of 96 issues.There were many famous medical writers whose medical records were of high academic value.This study takes the medical cases of Shanxi Medical Journal of the Republic of China as the research object through the methods of literature research and academic research of traditional Chinese medicine.It makes use of the library resources and the network service platform provided by the Library and Information Center of Shanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Collect all the relevant documentsKeep the data by taking pictures,scanning and copying the original works,and save the data in the form of Word by computer technology,and then collect and compile the data to make a good preparation for the next writing.It also interprets the data of a large sample of medical cases,making a comparative study from the clinical point of view,to find out its commonness and individuality and master its regularity.418 articles and 1028 medical cases in the Medical Journal being analyzed,it covers the treatment of more than 100 kinds of diseases of inte rnal,medicine,surgery,gynecology,and,pediatris,including the clinical various emergency treatments.This paper systematically sorts out differents kinds of clinical diagnosis and treatment experience,and concludes many doctors’ understanding of diseases,including pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment,prescription and so on.It starts a new chapter of the periodical basis research of the Republic of China,and draws these conclusions:1、Value classics highly.As can be seen from plenty of medical cases,many doctors value classics.For example,we can often see the records about the medical books,classic on Medical Problems,HuangDiNeijing,Zhang Zhongjing and other words in medical records.Classics.such as Neijing,Treatise on Cold Pathogenic.and Miscellaneous Diseases,Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,Classic on Medical Problems lay a foundation for Chinese medicine practitioners,providing theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment and remining us to pay attention to the classics,understand and digest them in full.2、Interchange between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Shanxi Medical Journal of the Republic of China was the only traditional Chinese medicine magazine that advocated the interchange between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.There were many physicians and surgeons who wrote for it,giving guides in the paths of improving traditional Chinese medicine.It is not diffcult to find the the interchange between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in these medical cases.Western medicine played an important role especially in various kinds of acute and critical treatment and offered an important method for the diagnosis and treatment of incurable diseases.3、Clinical diagnosis and treatmentBased on collating the medical cases,it is proved that diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient’s condition is one of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine.It emphasizes to take measures suited to each individual,pay attention to the patient’s physical.In addition,the use of traditional Chinese medicine for oral administration,external treatment,acupuncture and other methods to increase the efficacy is of exemplary significance to contemporary clinical practice.The large amount of medicine cases in Shanxi Medical Journal of the Republic of China accelerate the cross-domain communication of clinical experience.Chief among them is sorting out the experience of clinical diagnosis and treatment of doctors on the basis of the clinical experience of diagnosis and treatment.It provides reference for the contemporary clinical practice.Emphasis on learning classical Chinese medicine provides theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. |
