Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Fire Needle Of Traumatic Synovitis Of Knee Joint

Objective: In this paper,patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint were used as the research object,and the clinical effect of fire acupuncture therapy on knee traumatic synovitis was observed by randomized controlled experiment,and it was proved that fire acupuncture therapy could effectively relieve the pain of knee and improve the function of knee joint.Methods: The 63 patients with traumatic synovitis of knee joint in the outpatient and inpatient of acupuncture and Moxibustion Hospital in Shanxi Province from January 2018 to September were divided into treatment group(32 cases)and control group(31 cases)by random number table method,and the treatment group was treated with fire acupuncture(acupoint: Liangqiu,Neixiyan,Dubi,Yanglingquan,Yinglingquan),two days one time,five times for one course,treatment of two courses;the control group used ordinary Acupuncture(Acupoint and treatment group),one times a day,six times a week,two weeksfor a course,the same treatment of two courses.The visual analogue scale(VAS),the score of Lysholm knee function and the determination of CRP content in blood of the two groups were evaluated and analyzed,and the statistical results were obtained,and the clinical data were analyzed statistically by SPSS17.0.Results:1.The VAS score,the total score of Lysholm knee joint and the content of CRP in two groups were compared with the same group before treatment,both of which were statistically significant(P<0.01),suggesting that both treatments could relieve pain,improve knee function and reduce the content of CRP in patients with traumatic synovitis of the knee joint.There was a statistically difference(P<0.05)between the treatment group and the control group after treatment in the VAS score and the total score of Lysholm knee function,which indicated that the treatment group could relieve the pain and improve the function of the knee joint;but there was no significant statistical difference in the content of CRP after treatment between the two groups(P?0.05).2.The following is the total clinical efficacy of two groups of treatment,19 cases of recovery in the treatment group,9 cases of improvement,2 cases of ineffectiveness,the total effective rate was 93.3%;10 cases of recovery in the control group,14 cases of effect,6 cases of ineffectiveness,the total effective rate was 80%,indicating that the fire needle treatment group was superior to the common Acupuncture Group(P<0.05).3.Safety analysis: During the study period,all patients did not appear needle sickness,infection,hematoma and other adverse events,indicating that fire acupuncture method for the treatment of traumatic synovitis is more safer.Conclusion:1.The efficacy of fire needle therapy in the treatment of traumatic synovitis of knee joint is better than that of common acupuncture method.2.Fire needle therapy is superior to ordinary acupuncture in relieving pain and improving function of knee joint.3.Fire needle therapy is safe and reliable for the disease,and it is worth further popularization in clinic.
