Purpose:The purpose of this research is to compare the efficacy to the patients with disease of TS(Traumatic Synovitis)of knee joint(with the syndrome of Qi and blood stagnation)which is treated by NB(needling combined blood therapy)and needing,then get a result that the method of NB can achieve better efficacy by statistics and analysis the data of the research.Try to describe the mechanism of it,in order to provide a basis for its application.Method:The randomized controlled trial were adopted,the totally 60 patients all came from our hospital in a long-term collected,and randomized to two groups,which were the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group treated by the method of NB,and the control group treated by the method of needling.Finally concluded that the effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group after the two courses,which is supported by analysing the data of the result.Results:1.Before and after the treatment of knee joint Bristol assessment score comparison shows after treatment the scores of the two groups increased,but the treatment group is better than the control group.VAS score shows the perceived pain of two groups was significantly reduced and the treatment group is better too.2.Comparison of clinical effective rate between two groups : the treatment group93.33%,the control group 80.00%,with significant difference between the two groups in statistical comparison(P<0.05).It shows total effective rate of treatment group was obviously superior to the control group.Conclusion: According to the statistical results,both of the two teams can help to improve all of the observed indicators.Moreover,the efficacy of the treatment group is more outstanding than the other groups in improving the clinical symptoms of TS of knee joint.
