| Objective This topic evaluates the improvement of bone loss in patients after oral treatment of Hu Qian Pills and intravenous zoledronic acid,evaluates the efficacy of Hu Qian Pills and zoledronic acid in the treatment of senile osteoporosis,and evaluates the efficacy through statistical analysis.To provide a reliable basis for the clinical application of the improvement of bone loss in patients treated with oral Hu Qian Wan and intravenous zoledronic acid.Methods According to the criteria,120 elderly patients who were treated for osteoporosis at the orthopedic clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and collected,and the TCM syndrome type was liver and kidney deficiency.All treatments were performed by the same doctor,and all patients were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomness,namely the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with a single western medicine zoledronic acid,and the observation group was treated with western medicine zoledronic acid combined with traditional Chinese medicine Hu Qian Wan,and the dose was reduced as appropriate according to the original prescription.The prescription is as follows: Epimedium 50 g,Achyranthes bidentata 50 g,Chen Pei 60 g,cooked land 90 g,Cynomorium 45 g,turtle plate 100 g,dried ginger 30 g,angelica 45 g,Zhimu 90 g,cork 90 g,white peony 60 g,all patients in the hospital The medication was started on the first day,4 weeks as a course of treatment,a total of three courses,the total course of treatment was three months.And recorded the pain simulation scores,the incidence of fractures and the changes of bone density of patients before treatment,one week,one month and three months after treatment.Statistical analysis of the collected data results,the results are as follows.Result Before the experiment,the basic information of patients in the two groups,such as age and gender,were statistically analyzed(P > 0.05),suggesting that the data were comparable.1.Comparison of pain simulation scores: The VAS score data of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed at P <0.05,suggesting statistical significance;the comparison between the two groups found P <0.05,indicating observation The pain relief effect of the group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of the incidence of fractures: The number of fractures in the three groups after treatment was statistically analyzed at P <0.05,suggesting statistical significance;the comparison between the two groups found P <0.05,indicating that the observation group prevented fractures The effect was better than that of the control group.3.Bone mineral density comparison: The bone mineral density data of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were statistically analyzed at P <0.05,suggesting statistical significance;a comparison between the two groups found P <0.05,indicating that the observation group The effect of increasing the body's bone density in patients was better than that in the control group.4.Comparison of overall efficacy: The effective rate of the observation group was 91.67%,and the effective rate of the control group was 75.00%,and all the data were P <0.05,which was statistically significant.Shows that the overall effect of the observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion After the treatment of Huqian Wan combined with zoledronic acid,the patient's pain was reduced,bone fractures were prevented,and bone density was increased to a certain extent.All treatments were taken orally,and no invasive procedures such as surgery were performed.Obvious side effects.Therefore,it should be strongly recommended to be used in clinical treatment. |
