| Objective: Observation compound Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction in type 2 diabetic osteoporosis(kidney Yin deficiency folder stasis syndrome)patients with diseases of the curative effect and the related indicators of change,objective evaluation the clinical curative effect of compound Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction,and through its chemotaxis(chemerin),serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-a)to explore the effects of the treatment of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis possible mechanisms,for traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis Methods: According to the random number table method and the 1:1 control principle,60 patients who visited anhui provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from July 2017 to December 2018 and met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis were randomly divided into the control group(30 cases)and the treatment group(30 cases).In the control group,basic hypoglycemic,routine diabetic diet and exercise intervention were given on the basis of treatment,and two calcitriol capsules were given every day(0.25 g),one in the morning and one in the evening.The treatment group was given compound Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction based on the treatment of the control group,two doses(200mL/ dose)every day,one dose in the morning and one dose in the evening.2 months for a course of treatment,even 3 courses of treatment.After 6 months,the curative effect,TCM syndrome score,improvement of TCM clinical symptoms and changes of BMD in the two groups were observed and compared.The changes of glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c),2h postpranational blood glucose(2hPG),fasting blood glucose(FPG),serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-alpha)and serum chemerin were recorded before and after the treatment,and whether there were adverse reactions during the treatment.The data collected in the study were statistically analyzed using the statistical software SPSS23.0.Results:(1)Statistical analysis was performed on the general data of the patients in the two groups before treatment,and the results showed that there were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease,and body mass index between the two groups(P>0.05),showing an equilibrium and comparability.(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome points: the total points of TCM syndrome points in both groups were decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.01).(3)Comparison of clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: compared with before treatment,the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups were improved.Compared with the control group,the symptoms of dry mouth and pharynx,low back pain,soft waist and knee,dizziness,insomnia,night sweats and lower limb pain in the treatment group were significantly improved,with statistically significant differences(P<0.01).Tinnitus,forgetfulness and lower limb impotence were also improved in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05).(4)Comparison of disease efficacy: after three courses of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,and the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).(5)Comparison of blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin: FPG,2hPG and HbA1 c in the two groups were decreased after treatment(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference between the control group and the treatment group(P>0.05).(6)The comparison of bone mineral density: the control group after treatment in patients with lumbar L2-L4,bilateral femoral neck,on the left side of the Ward triangle and right femoral trochanter bone mineral density value is improved compared with before treatment,the treatment group patients with lumbar spine BMD at l1-l4,bilateral femoral neck,bilateral Ward triangle and large bilateral femoral trochanter bone mineral density values before treatment were improved(P < 0.05,P < 0.01);The improvement degree of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P <0.05,P <0.01).(7)Comparison of serum chemerin and TNF-α : after treatment,serum chemerin and TNF-α in both groups were decreased(P<0.05,P<0.01).Compared with the control group,the serum chemerin and TNF-αin the treatment group were significantly decreased,and the effect was better,with a significant difference(P<0.05,P<0.01).(7)Comparison of liver function and renal function: there were no abnormalities before and after treatment in the two groups,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: Through this study,it was found that the Compound Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction in the treatment of type 2 diabetic osteoporosis(liver and kidney Yin deficiency plus blood stasis)patients can improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,reduce the TCM syndrome points,improve the curative effect,increase bone density,and reduce the serum chemerin,TNF-α levels. |
