Objective:To evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction by observing the effect of flavor on the total score of TCM symptoms,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)and anxiety self-rating scale(SAS)in patients with anxiety disorder after PCI in patients with liver-qi stasis coronary heart diseaseMethods:From April 2019 to December 2019,60 patients with anxiety disorder(liver-qi stasis type)after PCI of coronary heart disease in the second affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine who met the inclusion criteria were selected and included in the experimental group and the control group according to their wishes. The experimental group was orally flavored with Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction on the basis of routine treatment after PCI,while the control group was orally flavored with deanxit on the basis of routine treatment after PCI,and the treatment course was 4 weeks. The total score of TCM symptoms,HAMA score and SAS score of patients in the two groups were compared before treatment,2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment. After statistical analysis, the safety and clinical efficacy of Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction in patients with anxiety after PCI for liver-qi stasis coronary heart disease were evaluatedResults:1.Total score of TCM symptoms:compared with before treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group significantly decreased after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and significantly decreased after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment, the total score of TCM symptoms in the control group significantly decreased after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and significantly decreased after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the total score of TCM symptoms in the experimental group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective treatment rate of TCM symptoms was 86.20%in the experimental group and 78.57%in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.HAMA score:Compared with before treatment, the HAMA score of the experimental group was significantly lower after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).HAMA score in the control group was significantly lower after 2 weeks of treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,HAMA score in the experimental group showed no significant change(P>0.05)after 2 weeks of treatment, while HAMA score decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,HAMA effective treatment rate was 89.66%in the experimental group and 79.31%in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.SAS score:Compared with before treatment, the SAS score of the experimental group significantly decreased after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and significantly decreased after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment, the SAS scores of the control group significantly decreased after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and significantly decreased after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).Compared with the control group, the experimental group had significantly lower SAS scores after 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and significantly lower SAS scores after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.01).After 4 weeks of treatment, the SAS effective treatment rate was 89.66%in the experimental group and 78.57%in the control group, with no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.The flavor of Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction can reduce the total score,HAMA score and SAS score of TCM symptoms of patients with anxiety disorder(liver-qi stasis type)after coronary heart disease after PCI,and improve the clinical symptoms of TCM;2.No serious adverse reactions were found in patients with anxiety disorder(liver-qi stasis type)after PCI for coronary heart disease, which was safe and reliable.
