| Objective: By observing the flavored dahuang zhechong particles in the treatment of varicocele merger disease clinical curative effect of abnormal semen liquefaction,explore its mechanism of action,for the clinical treatment of varicocele and abnormal semen liquefaction disorder broaden the thinking,to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment,provide a basis for clinical medicine in TCM treatment of male infertility.Methods: From the male outpatient department of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine,60 patients with varicocele of kidney deficiency,blood stasis and semen liquefaction disorder who met the inclusion criteria from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected.The 60 patients who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the clinical observation were divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.After all the safety testing qualified,the treatment group take flavored dahuang zhechong on treatment,drug composition: ground beetle,leech,rhubarb,semen persicae and radix scutellariae,almond,cooked rehmannia root,radix paeoniae alba,licorice,caulis dendrobii,dodder,raspberries.Directions: 1 dose daily,rinse 200 ml with boiling water,take it in the morning and evening.The control group was givenmai zhiling tablets.Method of administration: 1 tablet each time,1 time in the morning and 1 time in the evening.Both groups received treatment for 8 weeks for one course of treatment.During the treatment,do not take other drugs,rational life,to avoid fatigue.Before and after treatment,semen liquefaction,sperm concentration,sperm moving forward,total sperm motility,total testosterone,scrotal temperature and TCM symptom improvement were observed.The clinical observation was divided into4 weeks and 8 weeks for indicator review and data observation.All the data were analyzed and processed by SPSS21.0 statistical software.When P < 0.05 was tested,the difference was statistically significant.The results were expressed as mean ±standard deviation(X ± S).Independent sample t test was used for comparison of intra-group and inter-group differences,and rank sum test was used for comparison of rank data.Results: After the course of treatment,a total of 56 patients completed the test,4of whom fell off,3 of whom fell off in the treatment group and 1 of whom fell off in the control group.1.After treatment,semen liquefaction was improved in both groups.The total effective rate in the treatment group was 21 cases,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 78%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 19 cases,and the total effective rate was 66%.2.Two groups of patients after treatment in sperm concentration,sperm,sperm to move forward the total energy was also had an improved: the contrast before and after treatment,with significant difference statistically significant(P < 0.05),the contrast between the two groups,in terms of improving sperm concentration,sperm vitality,control group is better than that of the treatment group,the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05);There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group in the improvement of forward-moving sperm,and the data were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).3.After treatment,total testosterone was reduced in both groups: compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms ofimproving testosterone,the control group was superior to the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Scrotal temperature was improved in both groups after treatment: compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).In terms of improving scrotal temperature,there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P >0.05).5.The main symptoms of TCM were improved in both groups after treatment:compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.After treatment,the treatment group could improve secondary symptoms of TCM: compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The comparison between the two groups showed that the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).7.The evaluation of the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine after treatment showed that the treatment was effective in both groups,with the total effective rate of 21 cases in the treatment group being 77%,and the total effective rate of 19 cases in the control group being 65%.The treatment group was superior to the control group,with statistically significant differences(P < 0.05).8.The comprehensive efficacy showed that both the treatment group and the control group were effective: there were 20 cases in the treatment group with a total effective rate of 74%,and 23 cases in the control group with a total effective rate of 79%.Conclusion: 1.The flavored dahuang zhechong particles can shorten the semen liquefaction time,improve the semen liquefaction.2.The flavored dahuang zhechong particles can improve sperm concentration,forward motile sperm,sperm vitality,improve sperm production,development and mature of internal environment.3.The flavored dahuang zhechong particles can adjust peripheral blood testosterone concentration,reduce the temperature of the scrotum value,can improve the testicularblood supply,improve local metabolism,relieve the accumulation of metabolites,reduced testicular damage and interstitial cell damage,living guarantees normal matter exchange of seminiferous tubule.4.Flavored dahuang zhechong particles in a certain extent,can effectively improve the testicular pain,scrotal pain and discomfort,lumbar debility,dizziness,tinnitus,insomnia,forgetfulness of clinical symptoms. |
