Changchun University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine College Of Humanities And Management Students Mental Health Situation Of The Research

Rationale: Subhealth has a long history in traditional Chinese medicine. In Huangdi Neijing, we can find the concept of subhealth, which emphasized its significance. The research centered on the subhealth state of students in Faculty of Humanities and Administration of our university through careful investigation. As for some students, we design some questionnaire for subhealth in psychology. What's more, we will analyze the factors which deeply affected the students'subhealth and adjust, intervene them to help them grow healthy.Method:1. With the guide of CCSMHS, we have a psychological test for students in Faculty of Humanity and Administration of Changchun University of TCM. We sift the group who has the tendency of subhealth by analysis of the collected material.2. As for the students who have the tendency of subhealth, we investigate the syndrome and factors of psychological subhealth.Result: Through the investigation of CCSMHS and disposal of the data from the software of SPSS13.0, we can be in control of the psychological health level of the students in our faculty and some subhealth students would be sifted through investigation. What's more, we can further investigate relevant factors of subhealth. The common syndromes in our faculty are annoyance and anxiety through investigation. The related factors are school work, emotion, society and personal affairs. Of these factors, school work and emotion factors are the most common ones. As for male students, the main reason is school work. While the main reason of subhealth for female students is emotion.With guide of TCM, depression of liver-QI, pathogenic fire derived from stagnation of liver-QI, ?, insufficiency of heart and spleen are the main pathogenesis for psychological subhealth. The location is liver, heart and spleen with the company of pathology of stomach and lung. For instance: depression of liver-QI can give rise to imbalance of ?Discussion: Subhealth factors of the students in our faculty are: school work, emotion, society and personal affairs. The main syndromes are: annoyance, anxiety, fatigue, depresses, memory loss, dreaminess, insomnia and anorexia. With the guide of TCM, we attach great importance to psychological treatment in order to adapt ourselves to nature better. In so doing, can we interfere in the students who have tendency of subhealth.
