Study On The Effect And Curative Effect Of Neck Massage And Traction Combined With Traditional Chinese Medicine On Cervical Dislocation Dizziness And Headache

Objective: To observe the effects of three different treatments on cervical spine dislocation dizziness and headache in young and middle-aged people in order to find the best treatment.Methods: 84 young and middle-aged patients with cervical spine dislocation dizziness and headache(atlantoaxial subluxation)who visited the clinic of our hospital's encephalopathy center in one year(June 2017-June 2018)were randomly divided into three groups(routine treatment group,manipulation + traction group and manipulation + traction + traditional Chinese medicine group)with 28 cases in each group.The patients in groups were treated with common drugs,cervical massage and traction,respectively.The improvement of Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI)scale and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score were observed after 3 and 7 days of treatment in all three groups,and the clinical efficacy,DHI score,VAS score and Variance of Bilateral Lateral Atlanto Dental Spacebus(VBLADS)were compared after 2 weeks of treatment.Result:(1)DHI,VAS and VBLADS that were no significant difference between the three groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with pretherapy after 3 days of treatment,there was no difference in routine treatment group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in two other groups(P<0.05).(2)Compared with 3 days of treatment,there was no significant difference in DHI scale and VAS score after 7 days of treatment in routine treatment group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in two other groups(P<0.01).(3)Compared to the DHI and VAS scores and VBLADS after two weeks,the manipulation,traction and TCM group is better than the other groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Manipulation,traction and TCM are effective in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation dizziness and headache,and at the same time,they make up for the limitations of the single treatment of Western medicine,which has a certain reference value in the field of clinical practice and provides a new treatment idea and means for clinical practice.
