Objective:Explore the personality characteristics of patients with depression. Objective to compare the effect of treating depression with HP infection. To explore the association between gastrointestinal symptoms and HP infection in patients with depression.Method:(1)200 cases of depression patients aged 18-60 years old who were treated in the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as Group 1(depression group),and the patients with depression were improved. The Senk Personality Test(EPQ)and the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)have been used for group health checkups in the hospital(non-depression group). The C13 breath test method was used to detect the presence of HP infection in the depression group and the non-depression group, and the infection rate of the depression group and the non-depression group was improved after the depression symptoms were improved.(2)Patients with moderate-to-severe depression who were treated in the Department of Psychosomatic Medicine of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2017 to December 2018,and improved C13 breath test.Subjective willingness to treat HP,HP-positive depression patients were divided into treatment group A(treatment HP group)and treatment group B(non-treatment HP group),HP negative patients with depression for treatment group C,SSRIs drugs The 8-week antidepressant treatment was completed, and the Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)and Drug Side Effects Scale(TESS)scores were completed before treatment and at the 2nd,4th,6th,and 8th week after treatment;before treatment At the end of the 4th week and 8th week after the treatment, the general hematological examination and electrocardiogram were improved. The HP infection rate of HPpositive patients was detected at the 8th week after treatment. The efficacy, drug side effects, and HAMD scores of the three groups were compared.Result:(1)Analysis of the results of EPQ in 200 patients with depression, the neuroticism scores can predictive of depression,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, that is,the patients with depression were related to the characteristics of neurotic personality;in the group of 200 patients with depression 117 cases(58.8%)were HP positive,83 cases(41.5%)were HP negative.Among healthy controls,86 cases(43%)were HP positive,114 cases(57%)were HP negative, and 200 cases were Gastrointestinal symptom scores were analyzed in HAMD scores of patients with depression.Among them,94 patients with HP-positive patients had a gastrointestinal symptom score of >0,and 46 patients with HP-negative patients with a gastrointestinal symptom score of >0,and were HP-positive.Patients with depression had more gastrointestinal symptoms than those with HP(P=0.003<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in HAMD scores between group A and group B,group A and group C,group B and group C before treatment and at the 8th week of treatment(P>0.05);group A was at the second weekend of treatment. At 4th week and 6th week, the rate of reduction was significantly higher than that of group B(P<0.05).The rate of reduction at 2nd and 4th weekend was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05).The reduction rate of group C was only higher than that of group B at the end of the 6th week.In the 8th week of treatment, there was no significant difference in gastrointestinal symptoms >0 points between group A and group C(P>0.05).Group B with gastrointestinal symptoms >0 was significantly more than group C(P<0.05).(3)There was no significant difference in the therapeutic effect between group A,group B and group C at the end of the 8th week(P=0.88>0.05).(4)At the end of the 8th week of treatment, there were 6 cases of HP positive in group A,and 17 cases in group B were negative for HP test. The number of HP infection in group A was significantly lower than that in group B(P=0.00<0.05).(5)There was no significant difference in the TESS scores between the A group, the B group and the C group after treatment(P>0.05).The side effects of the three treatment groups were mild, mainly due to autonomic nervous system symptoms such as dry mouth, constipation, and blurred vision. Some patients had increased heart rate and other symptoms. The patient was able to tolerate, and the drug was poor with prolonged treatment time. The reaction gradually diminishes or even disappears. Conclusion:The personality characteristics of patients with depression are high neuroticism. The level of HP infection in patients with depression is higher than that in normal people.High neuroticism may have a predictive effect on susceptible HP.The level of HP infection in patients with depression is higher than that in normal people. The stomach of patients with depression Intestinal symptoms are associated with HP infection.Patients with depression and HP infection have antidepressant and anti-HP treatments, which have a faster improvement and a safer effect on depression.
