Investigation And Analysis Of Nursing Needs Questionnaire For Static Therapy Specialists In Third-class Hospital Of Prefecture And Municipality Of Jiangxi Province

Objectirve:In order to understand the needs of hospital nurses for static therapy specialty,a questionnaire was compiled to investigate the needs of hospital nurses for static therapy specialty,and to investigate and understand the needs of nurses for static therapy specialty in third-class hospitals in Jiangxi Province,and to explore the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for voluntary assistance work of provincial societies.Methods:1.Deliphi expert inquiry and reliability and validity testing:Through consulting relevant literature,intravenous infusion therapy training manual and interviewing with static therapy specialist nurses and members of static therapy committee,a questionnaire on nursing needs of static therapy specialty was preliminarily formed.Reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested through two rounds of expert inquiries and pre-experiments to ensure the quality of the questionnaire,and finally a questionnaire on nursing needs of static therapy specialty was formed.2.Investigation on the status quo of nursing needs in static therapy specialty: A multi-stage sampling method was used to investigate the nursing managers and nurses in departments and departments of the tertiary first-class hospitals in Nanchang,Fuzhou,Yingtan,Jiujiang,Jingdezhen and Xinyu.General information sheet and self-made questionnaire on nursing needs of static therapy specialty were used to investigate the status quo and analyze the influencing factors.SPSS17.0 statistical software was used to process and analyze the data.All the tests were bilateral,with P< 0.05 as the significant difference.Results:1.Through two rounds of expert inquiries,the final questionnaire for nursing needs of static therapy specialty consists of three dimensions: content,form and time.There are 46 items,including 34 items of content,6 items of form and 6 items of time.The enthusiasm of the two rounds of expert inquiries was 100%,and the judgment coefficient Ca of the two rounds of expert inquiries was 0.909.Kendall’s coefficients of harmony were 0.236 and 0.224,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).The Cronbach’s alpha coefficient of the scale was 0.995 and the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.993.The Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the three dimensions of the scale were 0.995,0.991 and 0.966,and the split-half reliability coefficients were 0.992,0.980 and 0.927,respectively.2.The results of the current situation of nursing treatment needs: The total score of nursing staff’s nursing care needs is(205.75±25.35)points.The highest score in the three dimensions is the dimension of demand content(153.16±18.71)points,the lowest score.It is the help time score of(25.76±4.25)points.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors were whether the hospital had a PICC outpatient clinic,whether it was necessary to carry out a special treatment for hydrotherapy,whether it had received nursing assistance,and the highest degree.Conclusions:1.The questionnaire developed in this study has good reliability,validity and reasonable items.It can objectively reflect the needs of nurses for static therapy specialty.2.Nursing staff of prefectural and municipal third-class A hospitals have a higher demand for static therapy specialty,which has a higher value of help.Mainly reflected in the intravenous treatment of nursing expertise,intravenous infusion treatment of nursing management.In terms of support time,it is mainly for short-term support needs,and in terms of support form,it is mainly for on-site guidance and Wechat group guidance.3.Whether the hospital carries out PICC outpatient service,whether it is necessary to carry out special nursing assistance for static therapy,whether it has received nursing assistance,the highest educational background,and the type of employment are the main factors affecting the demand of nurses for special nursing for static therapy.Therefore,it is suggested that the nurses of the third-class hospitals in our province should be given specific assistance in the field of static therapyspecialty nursing,so as to promote the development of the hospital’s static therapy specialty,implement the assistance in the field of static therapy specialty nursing,and effectively improve the level of static therapy in hospitals.
