The Research About The Development Of Specialized Table Format Nursing Records Of Level Three Hospital Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In Heilong Jiang Province And The Application Effect

Objective: To develop a set of specialized table format nursing records, with Chinese characteristics, which are suitable for the application of Level Three hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang Province; the table format of nursing records were put to clinical application, in order to obtain the scientificity and practicability of them,For the purpose of improving the working efficiency of nurses, enhancing nursing quality.Metheds:(1) Expert consultation with Delphi methed was used to determine the table format specialized nursing record content on the basis of the literature review;(2) The evaluation of Chinese medicine specialized nursing record in clinical application was obtained by using the methods of questionnaire and historical control.Results:(l)To develop a set of table format specialized nursing records,with Chinese characteristics, which are suitable for the application of Level Three hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Heilongjiang Province,Including three parts:admission nursing records, nursing care records (stroke and the prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc), discharge guidance records.(2) The evaluation of nurses about two nursing records’scientificity, specialty and practicability have statistically significant difference(P<0.01), and table format nursing records were better than the traditional nursing records.(3)Comparing satisfaction and workload of nurses in two nursing records.,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), table format nursing records were better than the traditional nursing records; Comparing writing time of two nursing records, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), table format nursing records were less than the traditional nursing records.Conclusion:(1)To develop a set of table format specialized nursing records with Chinese characteristics which are suitable for the application of Level Three hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine In Heilongjiang Province.(2)The effect table format specialized nursing record in clinical application was good. The evaluation of nurses about two nursing records’scientificity, specialty and practicability were very good,and the application of them shortened the nursing record time and improved the quality of nursing records.
