Influence of patient selection infusion tools considerations in economic, cultural degree, comfort, whether follow the nurse suggested tool differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05) for the treatment of patients; through multiple regression analysis that economic, cultural degree, comfort is not in accordance with the nurse suggested that patients choose infusion tool considers the main factors.Conclusion:1. Clinical transfusion treatment selection tool in needle use rate as high as 68.65%,in the high state, tool selection is not quite reasonable. Nurses for intravenous therapy connotation understanding is not comprehensive, 82.2% of nurses thought its intravenous infusion treatment related knowledge in the low level, the lack of a nurse self ratingintravenous infusion of a higher level of knowledge; nurse on intravenous infusion related knowledge level is low, attention is not comprehensive; in addition to standard maintenance knowledge not grasp the essence, for some new insufficiency of maintenance knowledge. Therefore, nurses should pay great attention to the increasing use of related knowledge and skill levels of infusion tools, take the initiative to intravenous infusion of the concept of strengthening.2. Combined with the analysis of the influencing factors, through a series of measures to develop and implement, though not completely improve the situation but already obtained certain result, various infusion tools use tends to be reasonable and trocar used assumes the trend of escalation, operation and maintenance problems and complications than before to reduce a lot, improve safety, and whether it is a nursing staff and patients attitudes have changed. Intravenous treatment and nursing practices on the implementation of optimism, compliance better. Therefore, the implementation of norms to increase the need for a long time, will make a big push the improvement of intravenous therapy safety.
