Study On The Therapeutic Law Of Professor Mengjiuzhang's Application Of Combined Prescription In Treating Chronic Diseases With Difficult And Difficult Diseases

Objective: The joint-square group is one of the characteristic diagnosis and treatment methods of the school of Menshi's miscellaneous disease in Shanxi,which is founded in several decades,and is also one of the characteristic diagnosis and treatment methods of the Shanxi Menshi's miscellaneous disease.This subject is summarized and analyzed by using the case of the combined square group between January 2015 and December 2016 in the nine chapters of the door.In order to better apply to the treatment of clinical chronic diseases,the combined prescription group can treat the difficult diseases of chronic diseases.Methods: The literature of the combined prescription group was collected and the outpatients treated with the combined prescription group from January 2015 to December2016 were sorted out.The patient's name,sex,age,symptoms,number of revisits,past medical history,number of prescriptions and the name of each prescription in the prescription group were described in detail.The original database is established and the statistical analysis is carried out by the statistical method of frequency analysis to further reveal the characteristics of syndrome and treatment in the treatment of chronic diseases and difficult diseases in the combined prescription group.At the same time,the questionnaire was designed to investigate the doctors of Men's miscellaneous disease school by e-mail.Results: According to statistics,the sex ratio of male to female in 1565 cases was 1? 1.74,and the proportion of female patients was more than that of male patients.The age distribution of the combined prescription group was wide,the youngest age was 1 year old,the largest was 93 years old,the adult group(40 ? 59 years old)had the largest number of people(39%),32% in the real year group(60 ? 79 years old).Among the collected cases,the combined prescription group has a wide range of treatments,including internal,external,female,infant,facial features,male departments and so on.Gynecological diseases accounted for 73.48%,followed by gynecological diseases(12.84%),digestive system diseases(399 cases,34.70%),respiratory diseases(17.22%),digestive system diseases(34.70%),respiratory diseases(17.22%),digestive diseases(34.70%)and respiratory diseases(17.22%).The statistical results of the source of the combined prescription showed that 1272(38%)were the most tested in 3175,followed by1026(33%).According to the classification and statistics of the efficacy of each prescription,there were 1609 supplements(51%)in the combined prescription group,and the commonly used combination group was Jinkui Shenqi Pill and Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction(11.37%).Conclusion: Through the results of the research,the characteristics of the combined prescription group in the treatment of chronic diseases are clarified.In the combined prescription group,there were less cold and cool,more temperature and heat,more supplements and more Wenli agents,which reflected the therapeutic characteristics of Xingyang Wentong.2.The source of prescription is Jingfang,the prescription is more,and the self-made prescription is less,which embodies the prescription principle of Jingfang,which is used by Professor Jing Fang of Mengjiu Chapter.In the combined prescription group,Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction,Lizhong Pill,Weiling decoction,Fuzi decoction,Sinidecoction and so on were widely used.The prescription did not leave the stomach qi to help the stomach qi to reconstruct the foundation of the human body,which reflected the treatment idea of stomach for serious diseases in Menshi school.The statistical results show that the joint prescription group Jinkui Shenqi Pill is the most frequently used in Jinkui Shenqi Pill.Jinkui Shenqi Pill aims to strengthen the function of human body by tonifying kidney qi and strengthening birth.In addition,in all cases,the prescription with more frequency is supplement,Wenli agent and other warm and hot drugs,which is also intended to replenish the body function and exorcise evil.Therefore,the treatment of chronic diseases is based on the functional status of patients,function-oriented.
