Analysis Of Prescription Compatibility Based On Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

Objective: COPD is a persistent airflow limitation disease,which is mainly treated to improve the patient’s symptom and reduce the risk of becoming worse.Traditional Chinese medicine has its natural advantages in the treatment of chronic diseases,through analyzing the literature of the law of prescription drugs for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)iheritance system(v2.5),provided better idea and reference for stable the patient condition of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by TCM.Methods: 306 literatures were found though Searching the journal publications from January 2000 to June 2016 in National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)for the treatment of stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by the TCM,.The A data wasreor ganised and uploaded into the platform of TCM inheritance system(V2.5).Compare the differences in the frequency of drug use,correlation,entropy and other aspects of the differences,preliminary results of medication rule,main ingredientand and alternatives offer for the treatment of bronchial asthma were obtained.Results: 1.frequency analysis result: into the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine total frequency was 3464 times,67 times the frequency oftraditional Chinese medicine >10 flavor,the total frequency of 3023 times,the total frequency of 83.71% Chinese medicine.The most frequency usage was Huangqin by 200 times,followed by Poria,Atractylodes,Codonopsis,tangerine peel were on the average of120 times.tonic medicine(38.97%),Huatanzhike medicine(16.77%)and huoxue medicine(5.83%)were the main compose TCM,accounting for 61.58% of the total frequency.2.Rule analysis result: 12 pairs commly used medicince combination including 7kinds of TCM were found though the medicicinal rule analysis of the literature data(support degree 77,confidence 0.7)Commonly used paris of TCM are Astragalus-Atractylodes,Chenpi-Atractylodes,Chenpi-Astragalus,Astragalus-Atractylodes-Tuckahoe,Salvia Astragalus and so on.3.Cluster analysis result: 11 kinds of new prescriptions were obtained though cluster analysis the data of the literature(correlation degree 8,punishment degree 2).The new common prescription are White peony-CassiaDry ginger-Jujube-Ginger,Forsythia-Mint-Mulberry leaves-Tabasheer,Almond-Peach-Zhejiang fritillary-Red peony-safflower,Walnut-Rehmannia-Yam-Dogwood-Alisma-Cortex Moutan,etc..Conclusion: The treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in stable condition is mainly used tonic,zhikepingchuan and huoxue medicine,which is accord with the pathogeny.Main treating drugs arewarm,flat,cold;sweet,bitter and acrid when it refered to the five flavours.12 pairs commly used medicince and 11 kinds of new prescriptions were found.
