Objective: to further study the clinical effect of qidi yangyin zhitong granule(formerly known as qidi yangxin zhitong granule)on unstable angina pectoris caused by Yin deficiency and qi stagnation coronary heart disease(CHD)through clinical observation,so as to provide a new basis and method for the diagnosis and treatment of CHD.Methods: a prospective randomized controlled study was conducted in this study.72 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 36 patients in each group.Control group given on the basis of standardized treatment in western medicine and therapeutic liuwei dihuang pill pill treatment, treatment group given on the basis of standardized treatment in western medicine qi and nourishing Yin pain treatment, treatment period of 4 weeks, observe the angina pectoris curative effect, the group of patients after follow-up for 1 time each month, cycle for 3 months, records of angina recurrence rate and cardiovascular events, make a comprehensive analysis. Conclusion: a total of 72 patients were included in this study, including 36 in the experimental group and 36 in the control group.Due to their own reasons,a total of 2patients fell off, including 1 in the experimental group and 1 in the control group. The number of final completed cases was 70,and 35 in the two groups respectively.By comparing the general data of patients, there was no significant difference in age,BMI and course of disease between the two groups, which was comparable.TCM syndromes: compared with TCM syndromes, the total effective rate was 82.86%in the experimental group and 68.57% in the control group. After treatment,intra-group comparison,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant, the experimental group and the control group showed a trend of improvement after the use of TCM syndrome score. The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Effect of angina pectoris: the total effective rate of the test group was 74.29%,and thatof the control group was 54.29%.The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group.By rank sum test,P=0.042,less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, angina pectoris scores in both the experimental group and the control group were significantly lower than before treatment. After t test,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant. After treatment, the score of angina pectoris in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group.By t test,P=0.012,less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Stopping rate of nitroglycerin: the stopping rate of nitroglycerin in the test group was80%,and that in the control group was 57.49%.The total effective rate of the test group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant when comparing the two groups,P=0.043,less than 0.05.Electrocardiogram effect: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 65.71%,and that of the control group was 54.29%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.P>.0.05.Follow-up: no cardiovascular events such as heart failure, myocardial infarction, blood remodeling,or sudden death were found during the 3-month follow-up.The recurrence rate of angina pectoris in the two groups was lower than before, and P>0.05 after comparison, the difference was not statistically significant. The rehospitalization rate of cardiovascular diseases in both groups was lower than before,P>0.05 after comparison.no statistical significance.Safety index: during the period of medication, liver function and kidney function were not damaged and no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion: qi and nourishing Yin pain particles of Yin deficiency and qi stagnation type of coronary heart disease unstable angina have significant clinical effect,to reduce the TCM syndrome integral, improve the symptoms of angina pectoris, nitroglycerin stopped powerusageeffectiveness, electrocardiogram curative effect, etc have improved significantly, can improve the patients quality of life, reduce angina recurrence rate, and the forward curative effect.
