Clinical Observation Of Modified Jiming Decoction In The Treatment Of Rheumatoid Arthritis(Cold-dampness Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the changes of clinical symptoms,signs,RF and CRP before and after treatment in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and cold dampness syndrome by Modified Jiming Decoction,the clinical effects were discussed.Methods:Sixty patients with rheumatoid patients who met the inclusion criteria were collected from the rheumatology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.After 12 weeks of treatment with Modified Jiming Decoction,the TCM syndrome scores and symptoms of patients before and after treatment were collected.RF,CRP,safety indicators,comparison and analysis of the improvement of each item,evaluating of treatment effect and safety.Result:1.Compared with before treatment,the single and total scores of TCM syndromes of patients were reduced,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Compared with before treatment,every symptoms of patients were improve,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Compared with before treatment,rheumatoid factor,C-reactive protein were all decreased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)4.Comprehensively analysised,after 12 weeks of treatment,remission rate of the patient's syndrome was 96.67%,and the remission rate of disease was 88.33%.5.Observed the patient's treatment for 12 weeks,no obvious side-effects was found.Conclusion:Treating patients with rheumatoid arthritis with cold dampness syndrome by Modified Jiming Decoction can significantly improve the TCM syndromes,symptoms and laboratory indicators of patients,indicating that Modified Jiming Decoction Powder is effective in treating rheumatoid arthritis.
