Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Tony Hart Curcuma Pills In The Treatment Of Nodular Goiter

Objective:To abserve the clinical effect of Tony Hart Curcuma Pills in the treatment of nodular goiter and evaluate its clinical application, in order to explore its possible mechanism.Methods:using randomized controlled methods in 60 cases TanNing blood stasis syndrome (treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases) patients, will be eligible patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group used Tony Hart Curcuma Pills, 9g each time.3 times daily oral,4 weeks for a period of treatment, three days after the end of each course of treatment,begin the next treatment were observed 3 period of treatment.The control group only lifestyle intervention and using optimal oral,12.5ug starting, once every 4 weeks to review, we adjust the best armour le does for the smallest does of TSH 2.5 mu IU/ml or less.Before and after treatment in the two groups respectively to evaluate the clinical symptoms and signs of change, observation of thyroid morphology before and after the treatment, laboratory test index of free three iodine thyroid original glycine (FT3) and free thyroxine (FT4), thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), apoptosis facor (called sFas, sFasL) levels, and adverse reaction of patients.All the data to SPSS21.0 statistical software’for statistical analysis.Results:The two groups in age, sex, course of the treatment after statistics processing aspects such as three was no significant difference (P> 0.05). (1) in the aspect of TCM syndrome curative effect, the treatment group was better than control group (P<0.05). (3) in thyroid morphology, two group of patients after the treatment of goiter and thyroid nodule diameter was decreased, the significant difference between the treatment group compared with control group (P<0.05). (4) in the two groups after treatment called sFas level was reduced, the sFasL was a significant increase in the level, there are differents between the treatment group compared with control group (P<0.05). (5) in the two groups after treatment safety indexes were within the normal range, there were no adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Tony Hart Curcuma Pills to conform to the traditional Chinese medicine blood stasis TanNing knot a patient has a therapeutic effect, can effectively reduce or even eliminate the nodules, improve clinical symptoms, can affect the level of apoptosis gene called sFas, sFasL reach the role of a treatment, the and safe, no adverse reaction, have extensive application prospect and is worth further study.
