ObjectiveThrough the questionnaire survey method of this study,the overall situation of organizational support,psychological capital,work involvement and anxiety tendency were described and analyzed.The status quo of organizational support,psychological capital,work involvement and anxiety tendency of infectious disease physicians was understood.The demographic differences of organizational support,psychological capital,work involvement and anxiety tendency of infectious disease physicians were analyzed.To help managers of infectious disease hospitals to understand the problems existing in the management of infectious disease hospitals,and to provide practical basis for management and policy formulation.This study explores the relationship among organizational support,psychological capital,work involvement and anxiety tendency of infectious disease physicians,examines whether the variables have predictive effect,explores whether the psychological capital of infectious disease physicians has mediating effect between organizational support and work involvement,organizational support and anxiety,establishes structural equation model with psychological capital as mediating variable,and analyses infectious diseases.How physicians' Organizational Support and Psychological Capital Affect Work Involvement and Anxiety Tendency? Through empirical research,managers of infectious disease hospitals can understand how organizational support and psychological capital of infectious disease physicians affect work engagement and anxiety tendency,so that infectious disease hospitals can pay more attention to the mental health of infectious disease physicians,and provide feasible suggestions for improving management level.Through the research of infectious disease doctor as a special occupational group,the depth and breadth of the relationship between organizational support,psychological capital and work involvement,anxiety tendency are expanded,and effective suggestions are provided to improve the work involvement of infectious disease doctor and guarantee their mental health status.MethodsIn this study,800 physicians from infectious disease hospitals in Shenyang,Dalian,Anshan,Dandong and Liaoyang City of Liaoning Province were selected as the research objects by cluster sampling.The demographic status of infectious disease physicians,POS,PCQ,SAS and UWES were used to conduct the survey.They are not used to measure the demographic status of infectious disease physicians,the level of organizational support,the level of work engagement,anxiety tendency,and the level of psychological capital.The statistical methods included in this survey include descriptive analysis of general situation,reliability,validity,internal consistency test and confirmatory factor analysis,t-test,one-way ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis,multiple stratified regression analysis and structural equation model.SPSS 20.0software is used for double input of data,SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 software are used for data collation and statistical analysis.Results1.The reliability(Cronbach's ?>0.70)and validity(CMIN/df<5,GFI>0.9,CFI> 0.9,NFI>0.9,TLI>0.9,RFI>0.9,RMSEA<0.08)of POS,UWES,PCQ and SAS scales used in this study are all better.2.The influence of gender and marital status on work engagement(vitality)has statistical significance(P<0.05);the influence of education level on work engagement(vitality,concentration)has statistical significance(P<0.01);the influence of turnover intention on work engagement(vitality,dedication)has statistical significance(P<0.01);the influence of gender and education level on anxiety tendency has statistical significance(P<0.01).Significance(P<0.05).3.Organizational support(job support,employee value identity,interest concern)has a direct predictive effect on job engagement(vitality)(P<0.01);organizational support(job support,employee value identity)has a direct predictive effect on job engagement(dedication)(P<0.01);organizational support(job support,employee value identity,interest concern)has a direct predictive effect on job engagement(P<0.01);and organizational support(job support,employee value identity,interest concern)has a direct predictive effect on job engagement.Concentration had a direct predictive effect(P<0.01);organizational support(job support,employee value identity)had a direct predictive effect on anxiety tendency(P<0.01).4.Organizational support has not only direct but also indirect effects on job involvement,its three dimensions and anxiety tendency,that is,organizational support has indirect effects on job involvement,its three dimensions and anxiety tendency through affecting psychological capital.The direct effect of perceived organizational support on job involvement is 0.19,the indirect effect on job involvement is 0.31,and the direct effect of perceived organizational support on anxiety tendency is-0.35,the indirect effect on anxiety tendency is-0.18.Conclusions1.Demographic variables: gender,marital status,education level and turnover intention have significant effects on job engagement,gender and education level on anxiety tendency.2.The sense of organizational support of infectious disease physicians has a positive predictive effect on work engagement(vitality,dedication,concentration)and a negative predictive effect on anxiety tendency.3.Psychological capital of infectious disease physicians plays a mediating role in the relationship between perceived organizational support and job involvement,perceived organizational support and anxiety tendency.
