Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detecting HBA1C in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases complicated with anxiety and depression. Methods 84 patients with stable elderly patients with COPD complicated with anxiety and depression were chosen from June 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital, collect general information such as gender, age, and name of the patient.84 patients were divided into two groups:HBA1C?6.5%group?group A?and HBA1C?6.4%group?group B?.The two groups took 3 fasting venous blood at 6 am the next day,HBA1C was determined by high pressure liquid chromatography;the other two venous blood were centrifuged at 3000r/min,centrifuged for 5 minutes, the supernatant was taken after centrifugation, the supernatant was injected into the EP tube and the hs-cTnI was determined by electrochemiluminescence,ET-1 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay?ELISA?.The pulmonary function meter measures the lung function of the patient, and records the patient's forced expiratory volume in 1 second?FEV1?,the patient's vital capacity?VC?,the patient's forced vital capacity?FVC?,the patient's FEV1/FVC,and the patient's diffusing capacity of carbon monoxide?DLCO?.Tell the patient about the contents of the CAT score sheet and the precautions. The patient completes the CAT score and records it independently.Inform the patient to complete the 6MWT project process, and the patient should try to move back and forth quickly in the 50-meter hospital corridor marked with a long distance. If the patient has dizziness and wheezing chest tightness, etc, the project should be terminated in time, and recorded the distance of 6 minutes walking.Result 1.Comparison of ET-1 and hs-cTnI between the two groups:The ET-1 and hs-cTnI levels In group A were significantly higher than those in group B?P<0.05?.2.Comparison of lung function between the two groups:The difference of VC,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC level between group A and group B was not statistically significant?P>0.05?.The levels of DLCO in the group A were worse than those in the group B?P<0.05?.3.Comparison of CAT scores and 6MWT between the two groups:The level of CAT score was higher in the group A than in the group B?P<0.05?.The 6MWT score of group A was significantly lower than those of group B?P<0.05?.4.Correlation analysis of ET-1,hs-cTnI and DLCO in group A patients:The levels of ET-1 was positively correlated with hs-cTnI and negatively correlated with DLCO in patients with group A.Conclusion The level of HBA1C in elderly patients with COPD complicated with anxiety and depression can be used to assess the degree of patients myocardial injury and impaired lung function. This type of patient's detection of HBA1C is useful for assessing patients'quality of life and exercise tolerance. The increased HBA1C level is an independent risk factor for ET-1 involve in the process of myocardial damage and impaired pulmonary diffusing function of elderly COPD patients with anxiety-depression.
