At present,the Chinese economy has entered a new normal and brought opportunities and challenges to the development of China's economy and society.In this context,the theory of supply-side structural reform based on Marxist political economy has entered the stage of history.This theory combines Marxist political economy theory with Chinese facts.With distinctive Chinese characteristics,it is the application and innovation of Marxist theory.On October 18,2017,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out in his 19 th National Congress report that "we must deepen supply-side structural reforms and build a modern economic system.Supply-side structural reform theory can help China better meet challenges and seize opportunities.While paying attention to economic construction,people's livelihood construction should also be carried out simultaneously.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out at the National Conference on health and Wellness that " to promote the building of a healthy China,we must include reform of the medical and health system in the comprehensive reform of reform.Therefore,under the tide of supply-side structural reforms across the industry,the health and wellness fields must also actively adapt to the new situation and actively carry out institutional reforms of the health supply system.Under the guidance of the theory of supply-side structural reform,the Advancement of supply-side structural reform in health and wellness is of great practical significance to the construction of "healthy China".First of all,in the first part of this article,the author expounds the background and significance of the research on the topic of "preliminary research on the theory of supply-side structural reform in the field of health and wellness in China".This paper summarizes and reviews the research status of domestic scholars on supply side structural reform in Health and wellness.The research method and innovation of this paper are also described.Secondly,in the second part of this article,the author elaborates on the basic theories of the supply side structural reform theory,including the theoretical origin and formation of the supply side structural reform theory,and through the collation of Marxist political economy theory and Western related supply economic theory.Analyzing the difference between it and the Western related economic theory,the theory of supply-side structural reform is the latest theoretical achievement in the process of Marxist Chinese practice.From the perspective of "healthy China",this paper reveals the important guiding role and driving force of supply-side structural reform theory for health and wellness.Thirdly,in the third part of this article,the author summarizes the practice of the supply side reform in the field of health and wellness from four aspects: the practice of laws and regulations,model innovation,system innovation and supervision operation model innovation.This paper summarizes the innovation of supply side structural reform in health and wellness.And from the economic,policy and social aspects of the current health and wellness supply side of structural reform and development of the predicament.Finally,in the fourth part of this article,the author puts forward the measures to improve the situation of the above level,and starts from the demand side and supply side,and uses economic means to adjust the supply scale and structure;We will use administrative means and step up supervision to ensure the perfection and implementation of the system of grading diagnosis and treatment and medical insurance settlement.At the same time,the standard of charge in the pharmaceutical industry is standardized to solve the phenomenon of inflated prices and excessive medical treatment,and to ease the contradiction between doctors and patients.Finally,the rational allocation of health care resources and the transformation and upgrading of the medical industry structure are realized.
