Objective:The dual subject teaching mode,that is,1+2 model,refers to receiving a full year of theoretical and practical education in schools,second years of full-time theoretical and practical education in hospitals,and third years of practice in hospitals.Job competency refers to the ability and quality required to meet the needs of the job and achieve excellent results in a specific job,organizational environment,and cultural atmosphere.Medicine is a practical science,because of its special position,there is a strong demand for job competency.This paper aims to study the Anqing Medical and Pharmaceutical College double subject teaching mode of three year medical college students competency,and compared with the traditional teaching mode,for the double subject teaching mode in the evaluation and promotion of competence to provide a theoretical basis for.Methods:A self-designed questionnaire was designed,and the questionnaire was finally determined by expert inquiry.The questionnaire was divided into six aspects of competence,a total of 90 questions.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 462 students in traditional and dual-subject classes of Anqing Medical College.370 valid questionnaires were collected.Use Epi Data 3.1 software to input,establish database,carry out logic correction.SPSS 22 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.For the 90 questions,six aspects of post competence and overall post competence of the questionnaire,the traditional class and the dual-subject class were tested by t test,P <0.05 showed significant difference.Results:1.Medical knowledge and lifelong learning ability: 16 questions,after t-test,3 of which were P > 0.05,there was no statistical significance,the remaining 13 questions were P < 0.05,with statistical significance.2.Clinical Skills and Medical Service Ability: A total of 18 questions,9 of which were P > 0.05,with no statistical significance.The other 9 questions were P < 0.05,with statistical significance.3.Disease Prevention and Health Promotion: A total of 6 questions,after t-test,2 of which were P > 0.05,with no statistical significance,the remaining 4 questions were P < 0.05,with statistical significance.4.Interpersonal communication ability: 19 questions,after t-test,2 of which were P > 0.05,there was no statistical significance,the remaining 17 questions were P < 0.05,with statistical significance.5.Ability of information management and research: A total of 14 questions,after t-test,3 of which were P > 0.05,with no statistical significance.The remaining 11 questions were P < 0.05,with statistical significance.6.Team cooperation and professional accomplishment: A total of17 questions,after t-test,the 17 questions are all P < 0.05,with statistical significance.7.six abilities and summary comparison: after t test,these 6 abilities are all P or less than0.05,which is statistically significant.The total post competency was tested by t test.P was less than 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion : By compiling the expert inquiry form and constructing the post competency model of three-year medical students,the post competency of the interns under the dual-subject teaching in Anqing Medical College is superior to that under the traditional teaching mode by issuing questionnaires and interviews.The dual-subject teaching model has certain effect in improving post competency.
