Design And Implementation Of Decision Support System Based On Hospital Information Platform

With the constant improvement of the informatization level of domestic medical industry,the number of business management software used in various medical institutions has increased rapidly.And a large amount of daily business management data has been accumulated during the using of the business systems.With the increasing amount of digital business data,how to make use of these business data,mine the useful knowledge in the data,and apply them in the daily decision-making activities of the hospital to provide decision support for decision makers is of great significance to promote the overall business management level and comprehensive service capacity of medical institutions.In this paper,according to the current situation of business of the first people's hospital of Zigong city,a decision support system based on hospital business management platform is designed and implemented.The specific research work includes the following contents:(1)According to the current information management of internal business management of the hospital,the business background of the system and the problems existing in the process of business data fusion were analyzed,and the development objectives of the decision support system were investigated,including the overall functional framework,functional development objectives and performance requirements of the system.(2)The functional system of the system is designed and coded in detail by using.NET Web development technology,event proxy feedback technology and data report development technology.This paper discusses the specific development scheme of the system's internal data cross-platform interaction function,data statistical analysis function,graphics function,data table processing and other general functions.And the research and development of the system's core functions such as inpatient information management,outpatient information management,operation information management,adverse event management and sensitivity value statistical analysis were analyzed.(3)The specific test content,process and results of the decision support system were analyzed,and according to the specific test results of the system,the research and development results of the system were analyzed whether they could meet the various development indicators proposed by the hospital,such as functional goals and performance goals.The decision support system can realize the integration and integration of key business data based on the existing information tools of the hospital and serve as an important data support for hospital decision-making activities.
