OBJECTIVE: To guide botulinum toxin type A injection combined with rehabilitation training through three-dimensional gait analysis technique,to recover the gait of patients with tendon hemiplegia after stroke, and to observe its curative effect;to analyze the cause of abnormal gait of patients;to observe the lower limb movement of patients Whether function, gait, and living ability are improved;clear three-dimensional gait analysis to guide the botulinum toxin type A and rehabilitation training, and provide new treatment ideas for post-stroke tendon hemiplegia gait rehabilitation.METHODS: Twelve patients with hemiplegia with tendon left after stroke were enrolled. Before and after treatment with type A botulinum toxin combined with rehabilitation training,VICON three-dimensional motion capture system and Visual 3D modeling software were used to analyze the patient's health problems.Temporal and spatial parameters such as side step, stride speed, stride frequency, double support time, kinematic parameters such as joint mobility of hip, knee and ankle joint, and joint parameters such as joint torque of hip, knee and ankle joint, ground reaction force, etc. The improved Asworth muscle tone scale was used to assess the improvement of muscle tone, the HOLDER scale was used to assess the patient's walking function, and the Barthel index was used to assess the patient's activities of daily living.Statistical analysis was performed on the measured data using SPSS 22.0 software.Paired sample t test was used.P < 0.05 was considered statistically significant.RESULTS: Three-dimensional gait analysis showed that the knee joint extension angle and the ankle valgus angle were significantly improved(P<0.05).The improved Asworth muscle tone score, the HOLDER scale walking function score, and the Barthel index were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion: Three-dimensional gait analysis to guide botulinum toxin type A injection combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the degree of paralysis, walking function and activities of daily living in patients with tendon hemiplegia after stroke.
