Clinical Study On The Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine On Rehabilitation Of Spastic Cerebral Palsy Based On Three - Dimensional Gait System

Objective:Using the datas of gait parameters provided by three dimensional gait analysis system, to make quantitative assessment of gait about the kinematics and dynamics.Provide the related objective basis for the abnormal motion of children patients.To guide the clinical efficacy in children with cerebral palsy rehabilitation training and evaluation.Method:Using special software Qualisys Track Manager to collect datas,Visual3 D data processes that the corresponding data report.Testing was conducted in 31 cases of normal children and 20 the new hospital children with cerebral palsy,comparing the datas of two groups,for the rehabilitation training on clinic according to the determinationof abnormal motion parameters in children with cerebral palsy.After one month,test cerebral palsy children- empty parameter again.Control the data before and after remedy.Make assessment of progress.Result:There are obvious differences in spatial parameters of gait in children with cerebral palsy- and normal children.In the three-dimensional gait analysis system provides the quantitative basis of rehabilitation treatment for 1 months under the guidance of gait parameters changed significantly.Conclusion:Three dimensional gait analysis system can be used to evaluate the kinematics and dynamics of abnormal movement of children.At the same time can be used for rehabilitation after treatment efficacy evaluation.
